Ես ձեր բոլորի հետ միասին պատրաստ եմ շարունակել այս բարդ ճանապարհը, որն ընտրել ենք 31 տարի առաջ այս օրը. ԱՀ պետնախարար

Արցախն այսօր նշում է անկախության հանրաքվեի, Սահմանադրության և Մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների օրը: ԱՀ պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ուղերձ է հղել, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

Երեսունմեկ տարի առաջ այս օրը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում կայացավ անկախության համահանրապետական հանրաքվեն: Քվեարկությանը 108 736 մասնակիցներից անկախությանը «կողմ» քվեարկեց 108 615-ը (քվեարկողների 99,89 %-ը):

Երեք տասնամյակ շարունակ Արցախի ժողովուրդը շարունակում է պայքարել ու պահանջել միջազգային հանրությունից, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանից՝ հարգել ու ճանաչել իր անկախ ապրելու իրավունքը: Արցախցիների ազատ ապրելու կամքը կոտրելու համար Ադրբեջանը ձեռնարկել է լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմներ՝ պատճառել անդառնալի կորուստներ և ցավ, բայց այդքանով հանդերձ՝ արցախահայերը շարունակում են համառ կերպով պայքարել իրենց մայր հողի վրա ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու իրավունքի համար:

Որպես պետնախարար՝ տարբեր առիթներով շփվել եմ Ստեփանակերտում և Արցախի այլ շրջաններում ապրող իմ հայրենակիցների հետ: Գիտեմ, թե որքան անորոշություն, դառնություն ու ցավ կա արցախցիների սրտում, բայց ես նաև տեսել եմ նրանց համառությունը, սեփական հողի վրա ապրելու համառ ձգտումը: Արցախի հանդեպ սերն ու նվիրումը բառերով չես կարող բացատրել, դա տոկոնության և չհանձնվելու ցուցիչ է:

Բայց մենք, լինելով ուժեղ և համառ մարդիկ, պետք է նաև սովորենք մեր սխալները վերհանել, չվախենալ դրանք շտկելուց, տեսնենք խնդիրները և աշխատենք դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ: Ինձ համար շատ կարևոր է նաև պատերազմների հետևանքով տեղահանված արցախցիների ճակատագիրը և նրանց ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը Արցախի կյանքում, որը հնարավոր է միայն կենսական պայմանների առկայության դեպքում՝ ապահովելով անվտանգությունը, ստեղծելով բարենպաստ պայմաններ՝ նրանց հայրենիք վերադարձը հնարավորինս արագ կազմակերպելու համար։

Փոխվելով, սխալները ուղղելով ու միասին խնդիրները լուծելով՝ մենք կկարողանանք փոխել մեր ներկան ու երաշխավորել ապագա Արցախի համար: Արցախում ապրող շուրջ 30 հազար երեխաներն արժանի են լուսավոր ու ապահով ապագա ունենալ, արժանի են վայելել խաղաղությունը և չառերեսվել նոր պատերազմի հետ, նրանք արժանի են մեծանալ ու ապրել ազատ, անկախ ու ժողովրդավար Արցախում: Եկեք մեր գործով, նվիրումով ու միասնականությամբ նրանց համար երաշխավորենք այդ ապագան»:
