Կարևոր տեղեկություն՝ կենսաթոշակ ու նպաստ ստացողների համար

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

«Պետական նպաստների մասին» և «Պետական կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքներում կատարված փոփոխությունների համաձայն՝ կենսաթոշակները, ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում, մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստները 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից կվճարվեն անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ բացառապես բանկերի միջոցով։

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից:

Գործող կարգավորումների համաձայն՝ նշված կենսաթոշակները և նպաստներն անկանխիկ եղանակով վճարվում են բանկերի և Ազգային օպերատորի (Հայփոստի) միջոցով: Օրենսդրական փոփոխություններով՝ 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից Ազգային օպերատորն (Հայփոստի) այլևս անկանխիկ եղանակով վճարումներ չի կատարի․ Հայփոստը կշարունակի իրականացնել միայն կանխիկ եղանակով վճարումներ։

Ազգային օպերատորի միջոցով կենսաթոշակ կամ նպաստ ստացող քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության ցանկացած տարածքային բաժին, (աշխատող շահառուները կարող են դիմել նաև առցանց եղանակով՝ https://bit.ly/3VUb426) փոխել վճարող կազմակերպությունը և ընտրել այն բանկը, որի միջոցով ցանկանում են ստանալ իրենց գումարը։

2023 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ի դրությամբ՝ Ազգային օպերատորի (Հայփոստի) միջոցով անկանխիկ եղանակով կենսաթոշակ կամ նպաստ ստացողների (ովքեր չեն դիմել վճարող կազմակերպությունը փոխելու համար) համար ծրագրային գործիքով կընտրվի բանկ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ կենսաթոշակներն ու նպաստները կարող են վճարվել կանխիկ կամ անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ շահառուի ընտրությամբ և նրա դիմումի հիման վրա, եթե լրացել է վերջինիս 75 տարին կամ նա ճանաչվել է հաշմանդամության 1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձ։ Մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում կենսաթոշակներն ու նպաստները վճարվում են անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ այսուհետ՝ միայն բանկերի միջոցով։

Ընդ որում՝ այս ընթացակարգը 2021 թ․ հուլիսի 1-ից կիրառվում է Երևան, Գյումրի և Վանաձոր քաղաքներում, այլ քաղաքներում՝ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից, 1000 և ավելի բնակիչ ունեցող գյուղերում կկիրառվի 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից, իսկ մինչև 1000 բնակիչ ունեցող գյուղերում՝ 2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից:

Գյուղերի ցանկը (ըստ բնակչության թվի) հաստատված է ՀՀ կառավարության 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-ի N 2058-Ն որոշմամբ։
