Տարբեր առաջարկներ կան, այդ թվում՝ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության կողմից

Երևանի «Կենտրոն» վարչական շրջանի նախկին ղեկավար Վիկտոր Մնացականյանը սկսել է համագործակցել «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության հետ։ Նա, լինելով ուրբանիստ, վերջերս մասնակցում էր Նոյեմբերյանի համայնքային զբոսայգու և հարակից հրապարակի վերակառուցման ու բարեկարգման նախագծի վերաբերյալ հանրային լսումներին։ 

Hraparak.am-ի հետ զրույցում Մնացականյանն ասաց, որ իր ղեկավարած Եվրաքաղաքական պլանավորման ինստիտուտը ուրբանիստիկայի ոլորտում պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագիտական կազմակերպությունն է, և, հաշվի առնելով իրենց փորձն ու գիտելիքները, ըստ Մնացականյանի, «Ապրելու հիմնադրամն» առաջարկել է համագործակցել իրենց հետ և Նոյեմբերյանում ու Ալավերդիում, որտեղ համայնքապետերը «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունից են, կատարել են քաղաքային բարելավման և քաղաքային միջավայրի փոփոխություններ։

«Հրավիրեցին, գնացինք, ծանոթացանք, հետաքրքրվեցին՝ ես ինչ առաջարկներ ունեմ, և հիմա, ինչպես տեսնում եք, արդեն ի կատար է ածվում, նախագծման փուլն ավարտել ենք։ Նոյեմբերյանում անում ենք ավելի ստրատեգիական բարեփոխման քայլեր, Ալավերդիում անում ենք ավելի տակտիկական քայլեր»,-ասաց Մնացականյանը։

Հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ հնարավո՞ր է, որ այս ֆինանսատնտեսական համագործակցությունը վերջում վերածվի նաև քաղաքականի, օրինակ՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը հենց իրեն առաջադրի որպես քաղաքապետի թեկնածու, «Կենտրոնի» նախկին թաղապետն ասաց․ «Երևանի ընտրությունների մասին խոսելը դեռ շուտ է, ես կարծում եմ՝ դրա մասին կարելի է խոսել գարնանը, բայց, ինչպես տեսնում եք, դեպքերն այնքան արագ են զարգանում, որ հնարավոր է, որ ավելի արագ ես՝ ինքս, որոշումներ կայացնեմ։ Բայց չեմ կարող նաև թաքցնել, որ, այո, կան տարբեր առաջարկներ՝ մտնելու քաղաքական ինչ-որ պրոցեսների մեջ տարբեր քաղաքական թիմերի կողմից»։

Այդ թվում՝ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությա՞ն կողմից։
