ԱՀԱԶԱՆԳ․ Մի քանի հազար ընտանիք մեկ օրում զրկվեց 18 հազար դրամ ընտանեկան նպաստից, և սա ձմռան շեմին

Մի քանի հազար ընտանիք մեկ օրում զրկվեց ընտանեկան նպաստից
Հայաստանի թույն կառավարությունը ամիսներ շարունակ Bosch սառնարանի գովազդից մի քանի դոզա ավել էքսպանսիայով գովազդեց թոշակները հազար 800 դրամով բարձրացնելու ժողովրդի հայր Նիկոլի ժեստը։
Հետո որոշեցին շաբաշի կարգով մի ժեստ էլ անել ու բազմաչարչար, քարից հաց քամող, իսկ վերջին չորս տարում անդիմադրելի հպարտ քաղաքացիների թոշակը բարձրացնել «օբշի սչյոտ» 3 հազար դրամով։

Կառավարության մի քանի նիստի պրեամբուլա նվիրվեց ազգի սրբազան հոր պատմական ակտին, նախարարներ ու պատգամավորներ կամեռաները կրծելով, պանոսի ինտենսիվությամբ պատմեցին նիկոլակառավարության դարի սրբազան ակցիայի մասին։
Թոշակառուները հպարտ էին, նրանք այլեւս 3 հազար դրամ ավելին ստացող վարչապետեր էին։
Ու՝ վդրուգ, պարզվում է, որ ընդամենը 3 հազար դրամ թոշակ բարձրացնելով ժողկառավարությունը Հայաստանի հանրապետության մի քանի հազար քաղաքացիների զրկել է նվազագույնը 18 հազար դրամ ընտանեկան նպաստից։

Միայն Գյումրիում երեկ 479 ընտանիք զրկվել է նվազագույնը 18 հազար դրամ նպաստից. նրանց փոստային բաժանմունքներում տոնական անակնկալ է սպասվել՝ իրենց անուններն այլեւս չեն եղել նպաստառուների ցուցակում։ Ու հիմնականում միայնակ ապրող տարեցներն են դուրս մնացել համակարգից, որովհետեւ թոշակի 3 հազար դրամ ավելացումը վերջիններիս ավտոմատ դուրս է շպրտել անհրաժեշտ բալային համակարգի շեմից։
Եւ սա ձմռան շեմին։

Մոտավոր հաշվարկներով մի քանի հազար թոշակառու ողջ հանրապետությունում զրկվել է ընտանեկան նպաստից, բայց նրանց մի մասը դեռ տեղյակ էլ չի, որ իրենք այլեւս ընդամենը 3 հազար դրամ ավելացված թոշակով հպարտ քաղաքացիներ են։
Հայաստանում իշխանություն չկա։ Ու եթե հայաստանյան ընդդիմությունը չլիներ քաղաքական հանգուցյալների կուտոկ, ձմռան շեմին մի քանի հազար մարդու 3 հազար դրամ տալով 18-ից մինչեւ 35-45 հազար դրամից զրկելու այս գրանդիոզ իդոտիզմը պիտի դառնար բոլոր ամբիոնները պայթեցնող թիվ մեկ հարցերից մեկը։

Բայց մեռելներից բան չեն պահանջում. նրանց վրա ընդամենը ծաղիկ են դնում՝ օրինակ, սպիտակ, ռաբիս մեխակ։
