Պաշտոնական Մոսկվան զգուշացրել է Թուրքիային

Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Ռուսաստանը հասկանում և հարգում է Թուրքիայի մտահոգությունները՝ կապված Սիրիայում ստեղծված իրավիճակում իր անվտանգության հետ, հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Այս մասին գրում է kommersant.ru-ն:

Միևնույն ժամանակ Կրեմլը կոչ է արել «թույլ չտալ քայլեր, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել ապակայունացման»։ Նրա խոսքով՝ դա կարող է բարդացնել իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում։

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Պեսկովին խնդրել են մեկնաբանել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի խոսքերը, որոնցով նա Սիրիայի և Իրաքի վրա թուրքական հարձակումների պատասխանատվությունը դրել է Ռուսաստանի վրա։ Էրդողանի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը չի կատարում իր պարտավորությունները։

Կրեմլի խոսնակը նշել է, որ «Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի մոտեցումներում կան որոշակի նրբություններ»՝ կապված Սիրիայում իրավիճակի, ինչպես նաև նրա հետ, թե «ով չի կատարում Սոչիի հուշագրով ստանձնած պարտավորությունները»։

«Այդ նրբությունները, երբեմն նույնիսկ տարաձայնությունները, բազմիցս քննարկել են երկու նախագահները (Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի): Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների բարեկամական, գործընկերային բնույթը հնարավորություն է տալիս բաց և կառուցողական կերպով քննարկել այդ տարաձայնությունները։ Մենք հասկանում և հարգում ենք Թուրքիայի մտահոգությունները սեփական անվտանգության հետ կապված։ Մենք կարծում ենք, որ դա Թուրքիայի օրինական իրավունքն է։ Միաժամանակ մենք կոչ ենք անում բոլոր կողմերին զերծ մնալ քայլերից, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել ընդհանուր իրավիճակի լուրջ ապակայունացման։ Դա կարող է բումերանգի պես վերադառնալ և էլ ավելի բարդացնել անվտանգության իրավիճակը»,- նշել է Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

Թուրքական բանակը Սիրիայում և Իրաքում իրականացնում է «Սուր ճանկ» գործողությունն ընդդեմ Անկարայում ահաբեկչական ճանաչված Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության անդամների դեմ։ Գործողության շրջանակներում թուրք զինվորականներն արդեն սպանել են ավելի քան 180 քրդի։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն կոչ է արել Թուրքիային զսպվածություն ցուցաբերել՝ Սիրիայում սրացումներից խուսափելու համար։
