ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹ. Մեր տրամադրությունը բոլորովին էլ հոբելյանական չէ․ Փաշինյանի սուր ելույթը՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործունեության մասին

Ցավալի է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը Ադրբեջանին չզսպեց ագրեսիվ գործողություններից, մանավանդ որ մինչ օրս մեզ փաստացի չի հաջողվել հասնել Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային կազմակերպության արձագանքի վերաբերյալ որոշմանը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 23-ին, Երեւանում ՀԱՊԿ ՀԱԽ նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Այդ փաստերը հսկայական վնաս են հասցնում ինչպես մեր երկրի ներսում, այնպես էլ նրա սահմաններից դուրս, եւ ես դա գնահատում եմ որպես ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի նախագահության գլխավոր անհաջողություն»,-ասաց նա։

Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց, որ այսօր ավարտվում է ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի նախագահությունը։ «Այս տարին բավական հագեցած էր։ Մենք նշել ենք Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի 30-ամյակը եւ ՀԱՊԿ-ի ստեղծման 20-ամյակը։ Ցավոք, մենք հոբելյանական տրամադրություն չունենք»,-փաստեց նա։

Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց նաեւ, որ վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկիր Հայաստանը առնվազն երեք անգամ ագրեսիայի է ենթարկվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ «Նույնը կարող եմ ասել մեր դաշնակիցներ Ղրղըզստանի եւ Տաջիկստանի սահմանին լարվածության մասին։ Ընդ որում, պետք է նշեմ նաեւ մեր հաջող գործողությունները։ Նկատի ունեմ ՀԱՊԿ-ի օպերատիվ արձագանքը Ղազախստանի նախագահի կոչին՝ աջակցելու նրանց ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարին երկրում իրավակարգի վերականգնման հարցում։ Տվյալ դեպքում մենք հարցը լուծեցինք մեկ գիշերվա ընթացքում, ինչը թույլ տվեց Ղազախստանին խուսափել ներպետական քաոսից։ Հուսով եմ, որ մեզ կհաջողվի համաձայնեցնել մեր դաշնակցային մոտեցումները եւ հասնել արդիական խնդիրների շուրջ համակարգված հավաքական փոխգործակցության»,-եզրափակեց Փաշինյանը։
