Yerkir.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանում նախատեսված ճանապարհների շինարարության մրցույթներից մեկին մասնակցում է նաև թուրքական հայտնի մի կազմակերպություն: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, Հյուսիս-Հարավի Սիսիան-Քաջարան 60 կմ-անոց ճանապարհի մասին է: Ենթադրվում է, որ այդ ընկերությունն Էրդողանին մոտ գտնվող թուրք գործարարներից մեկին պատկանող «Kolin İnşaat»-ը կարող է լինել: Հետաքրքիր է, որ բոլոր փորձերը՝ ՀՀ պետական համապատասխան մարմիններից ստանալու սպառիչ տեղեկություն այն մասին, թե կոնկրետ որ թուրքական ընկերության մասին է խոսք գնում, կամ արդյոք իրապես թուրքերը նպատակ ունե՞ն՝ Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող այդ ճանապարհի կառուցմանը բերելու իրենց մասնակցությունը, ոչ մի սպառիչ պատասխան չի հնչել: Ասել կուզի՝ խիստ գաղտնի է պահվում այն հարցի պատախսանը, թե կոնկրետ ովքեր, ինչ ընկերություններ կարող են մասնակցել ճանապարհի կառուցմանը:

Վստահաբար, նման խորհրդավորությունը լավ բանի մասին չի խոսում, իսկ հաշվի առնելով այս իշխանությունների ով կամ ինչ լինելը, այն, որ սրանց իշխանության գալու հարցում հսկայական դեր են խաղացել թուրք-ադրբեջանական փողերը, և Ալիևն ինքն է խոստվանել, որ լուրջ ներդրում է ունեցել ՀՀ-ում հեղափոխության գործում, խիստ մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ մամուլում տեղ գտած լուրերը ճիշտ լինեն. Հայաստանը դառնում է թուրքական բիզնեսի նոր խոպանը, և այդ ամենը՝ Նիկոլի դավաճան ձեռքով: Ընդ որում՝ հարցը ոչ այնքան էմոցիոնալ հարթությունում է, որքան՝ ազգային անվտանգության, քանի որ նման կերպ թուրքերն ուղղակի հասանելիություն են ստանում Սյունիքին, ձեռք բերում հնարավորություն՝ այն հետախուզական օբյեկտի վերածելու: Սկզբից կհետախուզեն, հետո կգրոհեն՝ չհաշված այն փափուկ ուժի գործադրման հնարավորությունները, որ թուրքերը կարող են ձեռք բերել որոշակի հանգամանքների բերումով:
