Հայաստանի հյուրանոցներից պակասել է կիսալյուքս համարների թիվը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երկու տարվա մեջ Հայաստանում հյուրանոցային տնտեսությունների թիվը ավելացել է 142–ով՝ 409–ից դառնալով 551, որից 302–ը տեղակայված են մայրաքաղաքում: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պաշտոնական կայքից:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ նշված 551 հյուրանոցային տնտեսություններում 2016 թ. դրությամբ գործում է 8 հազար 523 հյուրանոցային օգտագործման համար, որից 3 հազար 906–ը Երևանում:

Հայաստանում հյուրանոցային սենյակների դասակարգման չորս տարբերակ կա՝ շքասենյակ, լյուքս, կիսալյուքս և սովորական: Եվ եթե նայենք վիճակագրությանը, ապա անցած երկու տարիների ընթացքում շքասենյակների թիվն ավելացել է ընդամենը 7–ով: Այս պահին դրանք 208–ն են, որից 89–ը գտնվում են մայրաքաղաքում:

Լյուքս հաքմարների քանակը ավելի քան չորս անգամ գերազանցում է նախորդին, այն կազմում է 842: Ի դեպ, սրանց թիվը դեռևս 2014 թ. կազմում էր 689: Ավելացվել է նաև սովորական համարների թիվը. երկու տարվա ընթացքում ավելի քան 1600–ով: Բայց միաժամանակ նվազել է կիսալյուքս համարների թիվը: Եթե 2014 թ. ուեցել ենք 2 հազար 423 նմանատիպ համար, ապա արդեն 2016 թ.՝ 1764: Ընդ որում այս թիվը դեռ կարելի է դրական համարել, քանի որ 2015 թ. այն ավելի քիչ էր և կազմում էր 1524:

Սրանից մեկ հետևություն կարելի է անել՝ տնտեսվարողները հասկացել են, որ մեր երկրում մարդիկ կամ ճոխ սենյակ են ուզում կամ էլ գումարի սղության պատճառով՝ նվազագույն հնարավորություններ ունեցող սենյակներից են օգտվում:

Ըստ վիճակագրության՝ 2016 թ. հյուրանոցային տնտեսությունում աշխատողների տարեկան միջին ցուցակային թվաքանակը կազմել է 3 հազար 365, իսկ սրանից երկու տարի առաջ այն կազմել է 2 հազար 927: Այդ ավելի քան 3 հազար աշխատողների մեծ մասը՝ 2 հազար 592–ը, աշխատում է Երևանում:

Ուսումնասիրությունը թվեր է պարունակում նաև հյուրանոցային տնտեսությունների հասույթի վերաբերյալ: Ըստ այդմ 2014 թ հայաստանյան բոլոր հյուրանոցային տնտեսությունները միասին ունեցել են 18 միլիարդ 937 միլիոն դրամի հասույթ: Արդեն մեկ տարի անց՝ 2015 թ., 22 միլիարդ 127 հազար դրամ, իսկ նախորդ տարվա տվյալներով այդ թիվը շատ չի փոփոխվել և կազմել է 22 միլիարդ 960 միլիոն դրամ, որից էլ միայն 18 միլիարդ 577 միլիոն դրամը բաժին է հասել Երևանին:
