ԿԲ նախագահը քաղաքական խռովությունների է դրդում

Ամիսներ շարունակ մամուլը տարաբնույթ տեղեկատվություն է հրապարակում ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանի գործունեության, ավելի ճիշտ՝ անգործության և դրա հետևանքների մասին: Դժգոհություններն ու հանցավոր անտարբերության մասին հաղորդումները բազմաթիվ և բազմատեսակ են, սակայն առ այսօր որևէ շոշափելի տեղաշարժ չի արձանագրվել, ինչի հետևանքները արդեն սկսում են տեսանելի դառնալ:

1or.am կայքը երեկ տեղեկացրել է, որ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում նոր խռովություն է հասունանում, որը կարող է վերաճել քաղաքական ընդդիմադիր շարժման։

Վաղուց հայտնի է, որ ոլորտում մեծ դժգոհություն կա ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի քաղաքականությունից՝ արտարժույթի փոխարժեքը նվազեցնելու և ցածր մակարդակի պահելու, դրամն արհեստականորեն արժևորելու հետևանքով բազմաթիվ IT ընկերություններ փակման ճանապարհին են, ոլորտը պարզապես քայքայվում է։

Տարադրամի փոխարժեքի ցածր լինելու հետևանքով ֆինանսական զգալի կորուստներ են ունենում նաև արտահանողները, ինչպես նաև այլ ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներ։

IT ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներն օրեր առաջ մեծ ասուլիս էին տվել, ներկայացրել իրենց խնդիրները, սակայն արժանացել են բացարձակ անտարբերության։ ԿԲ նման վերաբերմունքից վիրավորված՝ IT ոլորտում այժմ խռովություն է հասունանում, որը կարող է քաղաքական երանգներ ստանալ, չի բացառվում, որ «Դեմ եմ» շարժման օրինակով նոր նախաձեռնություն ստեղծվի։

Սովորաբար քաղաքական առումով պասիվ ծրագրավորողները բավական հաջող փորձ ունեն քաղաքական հոսանքների ստեղծման, իսկ «Դեմ եմ»-ը ժամանակին նույնիսկ Փաշինյանի «թավշյա հեղափոխության» լուրջ հենարանը դարձավ։ 

Եվ, թերևս, իշխանությունները պետք է լուրջ հետևություններ անեն՝ թույլ տալ շարունակելու՞ ԿԲ և նրա ղեկավարի ամենաթողությունը՝ դրանից բխող քաղաքական և սոցիալական հետևանքներով, թե գնալ արմատական, «հեղափոխական» լուծումների:
