ՀՀ ներխուժած տարածքներում՝ Ջերմուկում, Սյունիքում ու Գեղարքունիքում Ադրբեջանն իրականացնում է անօրինական ամրացման աշխատանքներ՝ անգամ պատրաստվելով ձմռանը. կառուցում է զինվորական ճանապարհներ, դիրքեր, շինություններ ու բունկերներ։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՀնախկին ՄԻՊ, «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Նրանք անօրինական ամրացման աշխատանքներ են կատարում նաև մեր գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ու ճանապարհներին:

Իրենց տեղակայումներով լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջ բերել ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության համար և տառապանքներ են պատճառում բնակչությանը. բնակավայրերը զրկում ջրի աղբյուրներից, մարդիկ զրկվում են իրենց արոտավայրերից ու մյուս հողերից, դպրոցները սկսում են չգործել և այլն: Զուգահեռ՝ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները շարունակում են հայատյացության ու թշնամանքի քաղաքականությունը, խաղաղության մասին խոսում ուժի սպառնալիքներով»,- գրել է նա:
