Ինչու՞ եմ ասել Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պարզաբանումը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում պարզաբանել է, թե ինչու էր 2020 թվականին՝ պատերազմից առաջ արել իր հայտնի «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ» հայտարարությունը։

«Ինչու՞ եմ ես այդպես ասել, ասել եմ՝ ելնելով նրանից, որ ՀՀ-ն ընդունել է Անկախության հռչակագիր, որտեղ գրած է դա, այլ բան, որ հետագայում պարզվել է, որ 2020 թվականին բոլորը դրա մասին մոռացել են և Անկախության հռչակագրի վրա հիմնված հայտարարությունը բոլոր նախկին իշխանությունների քննարդատությանն են արժանանում։ Սրանից է, որ գալիս եմ հետևյալ եզրակացության․ եթե էդպես է, արձանագրում ենք էդ իրողությունը, նշանակում է, որ ՀՀ-ն նոր տեսության անհրաժեշտություն ունի, որովհետև մենք Անկախության հռչակագրի հաջորդ պահից սկսել ենք այդ հռչակագրի տեսության դեմ աշխատել և ի վերջո հասել ենք նրան, որ այդ տեսությունն արդեն մեզ համար նույնիսկ իրավական ուժ չունի կամ գործնական քաղաքական ուժ չունի։ Սրանում ամբողջ խնդիրը»․-ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով` այս իրավիճակում, եթե մենք ուզում ենք աղետների առաջ չկանգնեցնենք Հայաստանն ու Արցախը, մենք այդ վետոյով ամբողջ աշխարհի դեմ կռիվ չպիտի տանք։

Ըստ Փաշինյանի` մենք պիտի առերեսվենք մեր արածի հետ և հասկանանք` ինչպես ենք լուծում խնդիրը։ «ՀՀ–ն նոր տեսության անհրաժեշտություն ունի, ոչ թե որովհետև ձեր նշած հինը վատն է, այլ որովհետև հին տեսության ընդունած առաջին իսկ օրվանից մեր բոլոր գործողությունները հակասել են դրան, և այդ տեսությունը մեր իսկ պատճառով չեղարկվել է»,–ասաց նա։
