Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը՝ Հայաստանի հարստություն

Պղնձամոլիբդենային արդյունաբերությունը գունավոր մետալուրգիայի ենթաճյուղ է, որը ներառնում է զուտ պղնձի, պղինձ ու մոլիբդեն պարունակող հանքանյութի արդյունահանումը, հարստացումը, պղնձի ու մոլիբդենի մետալուրգիական մշակումը։

Հայաստանը եղել է պղնձի արտադրության և օգտագործման բնօրրաններից, սակայն պղնձագործությունը զարգացել է ընդհատումներով։ Պղնձի արդյունահանումն ու մշակումը որոշ չափով աշխուժացել է XVIII դարի վերջին- XIX դարի սկզբին (հատկապես Ալավերդու պղնձաձուլարանի գործարկմամբ)։ Պղնձագործությունը դարձել է արհեստագործության աչքի ընկնող բնագավառ, իսկ XIX դարի վերջին քառորդում՝ արտադրության մասնագիտացված ճյուղը։ 1913 թվականին Հայաստանում արտադրվել է Ռուսաստանում արդյունահանվող պղնձի 1/5 մասը, որը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ արտահանվել է։ 1918-1920-ական թվականներին պղնձի արդյունահանումն ու մետալուրգիան նորից անկում ապրեցին։ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության անկումից և երկրում խորհրդային ռեժիմի հաստատումից հետո սկսվեց պղնձամոլիբդենային արդյունաբերության վերականգնումն ու զարգացումը, աճեց արտադրանքի ծավալը, բարձրացավ հանրապետության հարավի (Ղափան) տնտեսական նշանակությունը։ Էլեկտրոլիզի, վայերբարսների, գլանման արտադրությունների կազմակերպման շնորհիվ պղնձի մետալուրգիայի ցիկլը դարձավ ավարտուն, մետալուրգիան օրգանապես կապվեց էլեկտրատեխնիկական, սարքաշինական, ռադիոտեխնիկայի արդյունաբերության հետ՝ դառնալով այդ ճյուղերի զարգացման հումքային բազան։

1930-1940-ական թվականներին Խորհրդային Հայաստանում (Քաջարանում և Ագարակում) հայտնաբերվեցին պղնձամոլիբդենային հարուստ հանքավայրեր և 1950-ական թվականներին կազմակերպվեց մոլիբդենի խտանյութերի արտադրությունը, որն ուներ «միութենական նշանակություն»։

Իսկ արդեն 1983 թվականին ՀԽՍՀ պղձաբոլիբդենային արդյունաբերությունները ներկայացնում էին Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը:

Այժմ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» Հայաստանի հարստությունն է եթե համեմատում ենք 2022 թվականի 9 ամիսների վճարած հարկերի թիվը, ապա կարելի է ասել, որ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» լրջագույն առաջընթաց է գրանցել, ընդ որում ընկերությունում վստահ են, որ առաջիկայում վճարված հարկերի թիվը ավելանալու է։

 Ըստ էության, ԶՊՄԿ-ի վճարած հարկերի եռակի աճը ոչ միայն դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի տնտեսական վիճակի վրա, այլ նաև կառավարությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս լուրջ միջոցներ ուղղել ինչպես պետական բյուջեի սոցիալական կարիքներին, այնպես էլ զենքի և սպառազինության գնմանը։
