Վայոց Ձորի Ջերմուկ քաղաքի անմիջական հարևանությամբ` ՀՀ օկուպացված տարածքում, Ադրբեջանն անօրինական շինարարության և ամրացման աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում, ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը։
Նա ընդգծեց, որ այդ աշխատանքները սկսվել են 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-14-ին ՀՀ ինքնիշխանի տարածքի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայից հետո։
 
Վայոց Ձորի և Սյունիքի մարզերում հիմնադրամի ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ ՀՀ–ն գտնվում է լրջագույն խնդրի առաջ, որը պայմանավորված է ադրբեջանական ներխուժումներով և ՀՀ գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ու ճանապարհներին նրանց ներկայությամբ։
 
«Ադրբեջանցիների գործողությունները վկայում են, որ չեն պատրաստվում հեռանալ ՀՀ–ից։ Ջերմուկի անմիջական հարևանությամբ՝ ՀՀ օկուպացված տարածքներում, Ադրբեջանն իրականացնում է անօրինական շինարարության և ամրացման աշխատանքներ` կառուցում են զինվորական ճանապարհներ, դիրքեր, բունկերներ և այլն։ Կառուցված ճանապարհը, ըստ մեր ուսումնասիրության, 10-12 մ լայնություն ունի»,– նշեց Թաթոյանը։
 
Նա ընդգծեց` Ջերմուկի մոտ օկուպացված տարածքներում կան նաև խոտհարքներ, արոտավայրեր, վարելահողեր։
Հիմնադրամի ղեկավարի պնդմամբ` ադրբեջանական վերջին ագրեսիայից հետո առաջացած խնդիրները վերաբերում են ոչ միայն մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, այլև ազգային անվտանգությանը, քանի որ թիրախի տակ են ոչ միայն գյուղերը, այլև «Տաթև» ՀԷԿ–ը, Ջերմուկի ՀԷԿ–ը, Կապանի պոչամբարը և այլ ռազմավարական նշանակության օբյեկտներ։
