Մինչ Փաշինյանի ու նրա «տիտղոսակիր ընդդիմության» ծիրում գործող մամուլն ու քաղաքագետները մորմոքվում են «Սոչիում Պուտինն ուզում էր հայանպաստ կետեր մտցնել, բայց չկարողացավ, ՌԴ-ն չի կարող ազդել Թուրքիայի ու Բաքվի վրա» Կրեմլից իջեցված առաջադրանքի շրջանակում, հայտնի դարձավ Պուտինի նոր որոշման մասին։

Թուրքիայի զլմ-ները հայտնում են, որ «Ռուսաստանը սկսել է Թուրքիայում ցորենի խոշոր պահեստներ փնտրել եւ նախատեսում է Թուրքիան վերածել ցորենի կենտրոնի։ Կան ամբողջ արտադրանքը Թուրքիայում պահելու եւ այստեղից տարածելու պլաններ։ Դա մեծ որոշում կլինի մեր երկրի համար»։

Ավելի վաղ, Պուտինն Էրդողանին առաջարկել էր գազային հաբ ստեղծել Թուրքիայում եւ դեպի Եվրոպա ռուսական գազային հոսքերը վերաուղղել Թուրքիայի միջոցով։ Թուրքիան ընդունել է առաջարկը, աշխատանքներն արդեն մեկնարկել են։

Այսպիսով, Պուտինը Թուրքիայի տնօրինությանն է հանձնում Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական երկու ոլորտները՝ էներգակիրներն ու ցորենը։ Մինչ այդ, թուրքական ընկերություններին են տրվել ՌԴ-ից հեռացած արեւմտյան ընկերությունների տեղերը։ Թուրքիան ներկայում Ռուսաստանի «ներմուծման փոխարինման» գլխավոր շահառուներից է, Մոսկվան Անկարայի միջոցով ձեւավորում է գորշ սխեմաներ պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու նպատակով։

Պուտին-Էրդողան պակտի շրջանակում այս առատ նվերները Թուրքիայի եւ անձամբ Էրդողանի միջազգային ու ներքին կշիռը մեծացնելու նպատակ ունեն, Արեւմուտքի դեմ Կրեմլի էներգետիկ ու մթերային շանտաժի շրջանակում։ Ցորենի գործարքից մեկ օրով դուրս գալու եւ Թուրքիայի խնդրանքով կրկին միանալու օրերս բեմադրված թատրոնն այդ շարքից էր։ Պուտինի շնորհած՝ բացառիկ միջնորդի կարգավիճակի դիմաց Էրդողանը պարտավորվել է իրականացնել Արեւմուտքին եւ Ուկրաինային ռուսական պայմաններով հրադադար պարտադրելու եւ Արեւմուտքի ու ՆԱՏՕ-ի միասնությունը պառակտելու գործառույթը։ Որքանով դա իրականություն կդառնա՝ այլ հարց է։

Թուրքիային այս առատ նվերները Կրեմլի՝ աշխարհքաղաքական նահանջի ու տարածաշրջանները, մասնավորապես Հարավային Կովկասը Թուրքիային հանձնելու ռազմավարության մասն են։
