Կրեմլը հրապարակել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի` Սոչիում համաձայնեցրած հայտարարության տեքստը։

«Մենք` Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը, Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, հանդիպեցինք 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ին Սոչիում և քննարկեցինք 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի և նոյեմբերի 26-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունների իրականացման ընթացքը։ Վերահաստատեցինք հանձնառությունը` անշեղորեն պահպանելու նշված բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները` ի շահ ադրբեջանա–հայկական հարաբերությունների համակողմանի կարգավորման, Հարավային Կովկասի խաղաղության, կայունության և անվտանգության ապահովման և կայուն տնտեսական զարգացման»,– ասված է հայտարարությունում։
Կողմերը համաձայնել են հավելյալ ջանքեր գործադրել` ուղղված մնացած խնդիրների, այդ թվում հումանիտար հարցերի անհապաղ լուծմանը։

Նշելով ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի առանցքային ներդրումը դրա տեղակայման գոտում անվտանգության ապահովման գործում` երեք երկրի ղեկավարները շեշտադրել են տարածաշրջանում իրադրության կայունացմանն ուղղված նրա ջանքերի պահանջվածությունը։
«Պայմանավորվել ենք ձեռնպահ մնալ ուժի կիրառումից կամ դրա կիրառման սպառնալիքից, բոլոր խնդրահարույց հարցերը քննարկել և լուծել բացառապես ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և սահմանների անխախտելիության փոխադարձ ճանաչման հիման վրա՝ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և Ալմա Աթայի` 1991թ. հռչակագրի համաձայն»,– ասված է հայտարարությունում:
Կարևորվել է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման ակտիվ նախապատրաստումը՝ տարածաշրջանում կայուն և երկարատև խաղաղության հասնելու նպատակով: Գոյություն ունեցող զարգացումների հիման վրա պայմանավորվել են շարունակել փոխադարձ ընդունելի հանգուցալուծումների որոնումը։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն ամեն կերպ կաջակցի դրան։

Ընդգծվել է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև դրական մթնոլորտի ձևավորման կարևորությունը՝ ռուսական աջակցությամբ հասարակության, փորձագիտական համայնքների և կրոնական առաջնորդների ներկայացուցիչների միջև երկխոսությունը շարունակելու, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների միջև վստահության ամրապնդման նպատակով եռակողմ միջխորհրդարանական շփումների մեկնարկի համար:
Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարները ողջունել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պատրաստակամությունը` այսուհետ ևս նպաստել Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, Հարավային Կովկասում կայունության և բարգավաճման ապահովմանը:
