Մեկ զոհ, հինգ վիրավոր․ խոշոր ավտովթար Շիրակի մարզում

Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 30-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 87 կմ հատվածում բախվել են Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչներ 42-ամյա Գուրգեն Մ․-ի վարած Opel մակնիշի և 31-ամյա Մերուժան Ա․-ի վարած Hyundai Elantra մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով Hyundai-ի վարորդ Մերուժան Ա․-ն, Opel-ի վարորդ Գուրգեն Մ․-ն, վերջինիս ուղևորներ՝ Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչներ 67-ամյա Լյովա Մ․-ն, 40-ամյա Հայաստան Խ․-ն, 66-ամյա Հայկանուշ Մ․-ն և 15-ամյա Ռիմա Մ․-ն մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Գյումրի» բժշկական կենտրոն։ Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Շիրակի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ։ Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ վթարի հետևանքով Opel-ը կողաշրջվել է, իսկ Hyundai-ն դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և գլխիվայր շրջվել։ Հրշեջ-փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաները, փակել գազաբալոններն ու սահմանազատել տարածքը։ Օպերատիվ են գործել բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբերը, ովքեր վիրավորներին մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը, տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն են ցուցաբերել։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի պարեկային գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 3-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարեն Կուրղինյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Հ․ Ալեքսանյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահի գլխավորությամբ։ Վթարի մասին Պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի և Աննի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Ն․ Գարեգինյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ժամեր անց հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվել ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժին, որտեղից հայտնել են, որ վիրավորներից մեկը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։ Վթարի փաստով Արթիկի և Աննիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
