Ռուս–ուկրաինական պատերազմը կիսով չափ ոչնչացրել է ուկրաինական արևային էլեկտրակայանները

«Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը կիսով չափ ոչնչացրել է ուկրաինայի արևային էլեկտրակայանները»,- այդ մասին հայտարարել է էներգետիկայի նախարար Գերման Գալուշենկոն։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ռուսական զորքերի լայնածավալ հարձակումը Ուկրաինայի դեմ, այդ թվում հարավային շրջանների նվաճումը, հանգեցրել է արևային էլեկտրակայանների կա՛մ ամբողջական ոչնչացման, կա՛մ էլ առնվազն կիսով չափ գրավմանը։

Առանց այն էլ էլեկտրակայանների վրա և ենթակառուցվածքների վրա ռուսական հարձակումների հետևանքով լրջագույն խնդիրներ կրող Ուկրաինան այժմ կանգնել է հովհարային անջատումների ֆոնին։ Կիևում վերջին օրերին ընդհանրապես փողոցներում լուսավորություն չկա, իսկ բնակարաններում էլեկտրաէներգիա տրամադրվում է մի քնի ժամ։ Թերևս ուկրաինացիները հիշել են և առնչվել հայ իրականության մեջ հայտնի «մութ և ցուրտ» տարիների հետ։

Արևային էլեկտրակայանների արտադրությունը, նախքան պատերազմը, Ուկրաինայում դրված է եղել արդյունաբերական ռելսերի վրա։ Ուկրաինան, որը գազի տարանցիկ երկիր էր, գազը Ռուսաստանից ստանում էր արտոնյալ պայմաններով և կարողանում էր լուրջ ֆինանսական օգուտներ ստանալ։ Այժմ, չհաշված ուկրաինական քաղաքների և ենթկառուցվածքների ավերածությունները, էներգետիկ ոլորտին լրջագույն հարված է հասցվել։

Այդուհանդերձ, նույնիսկ այս պայմաններում, էլեկտրաէներգիայի նախարարը նշում է, որ Ուկրաինային հաջողվում է իր ցանցը ապահովել պատերազմական պայմաններին արդյունավետ աշխատելու հնարավորությամբ։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այս առումով լրջագույն հետ է մնում, մի երկիր, որտեղ գոյություն ունի ընդամենը մեկ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոնը», դեռևս վաղ է խոսել էներգետիկ անվտանգության, ինչպես նաև ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակներում էներգետիկ հնարավորությունների ապահովման վերաբերյալ։

Մեր երկիրը ևս գտնվում է գրեթե պատերազմական իրավիճակում, որտեղ ռազմական գործողություններ կարող են սկսվել ամեն պահի՝ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքով, հարկավոր է լրջագույն մտածել ցանկացած զարգացման մասին, այդ թվում՝ էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման։
