Հայաստանն ամենաշատն է շահել ԵԱՏՄ-ից, քան մնացած 4 երկրները. զրույց Թաթուլ Մանասերյանի հետ

Այսօր Երևանում անցկացվեց Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի ընդլայնված կազմով (երեկ էլ՝ նեղ կազմով) նիստը: Ո՞րն է եղել գլխավոր և կարևոր արդյունքը:

«Հորիզոնի» տաղավարում հեռուստամեկնաբան Արտակ Հովհաննիսյանը հյուրընկալել է նիստին քաջատեղյակ, տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր Թաթուլ Մանասերյանին, զրուցել տնտեսական ամենատարբեր թեմաների շուրջ:

«Իսկապես կարևոր քննարկում է եղել, և բարձրացվել են կենսական կարևորության հարցեր: Գրանցվել է ապրանքաշրջանառության գծով ՀՀ և ԵԱՏՄ այլ երկրների հետ ծավալների աճ, շոշափելի աճ: Արդեն 8-րդ տարին կլրանա (խմբ. Հայաստանը՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելու) շուտով: Առանց չափազանցության և ավելորդ գունազարդումների` Հայաստանը ամենաշատն է շահել այս կառույցին անդամակցությունից, քան մնացած չորս երկրները՝ տոկոսային հարաբերակցությամբ, և՛ արտահանման առումով՝ դեպի միության անդամ մյուս երկրներ, և՛ ներդրումների մասով, և՛ բազմաթիվ այլ այսպիսի հանգամանքների բերումով:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է հենց այս տարվան՝ 2022թ.-ին, ապա մի քանի երկրից Հայաստան ժամանակավոր բնակության եկած քաղաքացիների թիվը 250.000-ից անցնում է, բնականաբար, ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության արդյունքում: Դա բավական լուրջ ազդեցություն է թողել Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա, անգամ այդ դեպքերը «անհետևանք» չեն մնում՝ դրական առումով:

Նիստի ընթացքում նաև գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերացիային է անդրադարձ եղել, իհարկե, նաև միասնական էներգետիկ շուկայի ձևավորմանը, մասնավորապես՝ գազի, նավթի և դրանց գների համաձայնեցմամբ, որը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն ՀՀ-ին, այլ նաև մյուս անդամ երկրներին:

Իհարկե, սա նորություն չէ. 2 տարի առաջ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած գագաթնաժողովում արդեն իսկ բարձրացվել էին այս հարցերը: Մինչև 2025թ.-ն էլ նախատեսվում է միասնական շուկա ձևավորել:

Սա շատ լուրջ գործոն է՝ անդամ երկրներից յուրաքանչյուրի ազգային տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու, հատկապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, մյուս կողմից՝ մի քանի 100 մլն դոլարի հասնող, առայժմ դոլարով է հաշվվում, բայց, կարծում եմ, ռուբլով հաշվարկ կգնա, այդ գումարները ներդրվելու են գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերացիան, արտադրական կոոպերացիան, արդյունաբերությունը զարգացնելու համար:

Հայաստանին սա օդ ու ջրի նման անհրաժեշտ է»,- ասաց Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը:
