Շատերը չեն հիշում բազում հզոր փարավոնների անուններ, սակայն Կլեոպատրան իր քմահաճ բնավորությամբ իր ուրույն տեղն է գրավել պատմության և մարդկանց հիշողությունների մեջ: Այս խորամանկ գեղեցկուհու համար ժամանակի հզորագույն տղամարդիկ, ինչպիսիք են Կեսարն ու Մարկոս Անտոնիոսը, պատրաստ էի ամեն բանի նրան արժանանալու համար: Եվ ոչ միայն կեսարները, հասարակ մահկանացուները պատրաստ էի մահապատժի, միայն թե Կլեոպատրայի հետ մեկ գիշեր անցկացնեին:
