2020-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանը սանձազերծեց արցախյան երրորդ պատերազմը՝ 44 օր տևած արյունալի արհավիրքը

2020-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանը սանձազերծեց արցախյան երրորդ պատերազմը՝ 44 օր տևած արյունալի արհավիրքը։ Պատերազմում մեր ժողովուրդն ունեցավ անդառնալի կորուստներ՝ հազարավոր մարդկային կյանքեր, բազմաթիվ գերիներ, թշնամուն անցած հայկական գյուղեր ու քաղաքներ։ Անհավասար մարտերում հերթական անգամ դրսևորվեց նաև մեր ժողովրդի մարտական ոգին, անկոտրում կամքն ու հայրենասիրությունը։ Հավերժ փառք հայրենիքի համար ընկած մեր հերոսների հիշատակին։
 
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
 
Այսօր՝ մահաբեր արհավիրքից երկու տարի անց, մենք ոչ միայն չենք հաղթահարել պատերազմի հետևանքները, այլև առավել լուրջ մարտահրավերների առաջ ենք կանգնած։ 44-օրյա պատերազմը սանձազերծելու և ագրեսիա իրականացնելու, ահաբեկիչների ներգրավման, պատերազմական հանցագործությունների, խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ արգելված զինատեսակների օգտագործման համար որևէ պատասխանատվության չենթարկվեցին ո՛չ Թուրքիան, ո՛չ Ադրբեջանը, որոնք այսօր շարունակում են ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառումը՝ ստիպելով հայ ժողովրդին գնալ անհամաչափ զիջումների։
 
Անցած երկու տարիների ընթացքում միջազգային հանրությունը լուռ էր, միջազգային հանրությունը չէր տեսնում ու չէր խոսում կատարված ապօրինությունների մասին՝ պատերազմական հանցագործություններից ու հումանիտար խնդիրները քաղաքականացնելուց մինչև մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացում։ Եվ այս լռությունը Բաքուն ընկալեց՝ որպես կանաչ լույս՝ նախաձեռնելով ագրեսիա արդեն ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքների նկատմամբ։
 
Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
 
2020-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ը սկիզբն էր պարտության շղթայի, որը, ցավոք, հրադադարի հայտարարությամբ չավարտվեց։ Պարտությունը շարունակվում է մինչ օրս՝ սպառնալով արդեն ոչ միայն մարդկային ու տարածքային, այլև պետականության կորստով։ Այսօր՝ պատերազմից երկու տարի անց, մենք ստիպված ենք վերագնահատել կատարվածը, հասկանալ մեր սխալները, գիտակցել պահի լրջությունն ու կարևոր որոշումներ կայացնել։ Արցախի ապագան այսօր մշուշոտ է, Հայաստանը հայտնվել է աշխարհաքաղաքական բախումների թատերաբեմում, մեր սուվերեն տարածքում թշնամական զորքեր են, իսկ իշխանության ղեկին շարունակում են մնալ երկիրն այս վիճակին հասցրած անձինք։
 
Անցած երկու տարին ցավոտ, բայց հիմնավոր ապացույց էր, որ գործող իշխանությունների հետ պարտության անիվն անհնար է կանգնեցնել, նրանց հետ անհնար է հասնել արժանապատիվ խաղաղության ու կայունության։ 2020-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսված պարտությունը կանգնեցնելու, մեր մեջքն ուղղելու ու ոտքի կանգնելու առաջին քայլը պարտության խորհրդանիշերից ազատվելն է։ Եվ սա այսօր պիտի լինի մեր գիտակցված ու միասնական որոշումը։
