ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Որպես քաղաքացի և որպես քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավար` խորապես անհանգստացած եմ Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների հրահրման միտումներից։ Որքան էլ դրանք լինեն արհեստական և ուղղորդվող, միևնույն է, դրանք պարունակում են ահռելի ռիսկեր` մեր պետության, ազգային անվտանգության և մեր ժողովրդի համար։
Անկայուն և բարիկադավորված աշխարհի այսօրվա պայմաններում սա ուղղակի արկածախնդրություն է, որի միակ շահառուն հակառակորդն է։
 
Վստահ եմ, որ մեր ժողովրդի ճնշող մեծամասնությունը, քաղաքական, հասարակական վերնախավերը, գիտակից շերտերը շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային և խոր վստահության վրա ձևավորված բազմաշերտ հարաբերություններն են ունակ ապահովելու կայունություն` այս բարդ տարածաշրջանում, և մեր ժողովրդի համար խաղաղ զարգացման հնարավորություն։
Հայաստանը կարող է և պետք է ունենա բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ այլ տերությունների հետ, զարգացնի միջպետական հարաբերություններ այլոց հետ, բայց դա չի կարող լինել ընդդեմ և ի հակակշիռ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների։
Հայաստանը, մեր խաղաղասեր ու աշխատասեր ժողովուրդը փորձաքար չէ աշխարհքաղաքական վերադասավորումների և արկածախնդրությունների համար։
Ճակատագրի բերումով` հայ ժողովրդի մի զգալի մասն ապրում է Ռուսաստանում, միլիոնավոր հայեր՝ արևմուտքում։ Մենք չենք կարող մեզ թույլ տալ լրացուցիչ բարիկադներ և բաժանումներ։
 
Վստահ եմ` մեր ժողովուրդը սթափ է գնահատում ռիսկերը։ Իսկ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները կարիք ունեն ոչ թե վտանգման, այլ` բազմաշերտ և արդյունավետ խորացման՝ ռազմաքաղաքական, անվտանգային, տնտեսական և այլ ոլորտներում։
