Հայաստանի համար պատմական այս բարդ ժամանակաշրջանում կարևոր է կանխել քաղաքական մանիպուլյացիաները, որոնք մեծապես ապակայունացնում են իրավիճակը երկրում։ Այսօր մենք տեսնում ենք տարբեր ուժերի կողմից հրահրվող բազմաթիվ նման օրինակներ ինչպես Հայաստանի ներսում, այնպես էլ նրա սահմաններից դուրս, ինչը անխուսափելիորեն հանգեցնում է էլ ավելի մեծ էսկալացիայի։ Կարևոր է գնահատել այս կրիտիկական ռիսկերը և կանխել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների հետ կապված հետագա թշնամական հռետորաբանությունը:

 Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի կայունացմանը կարելի է օգնել ոչ թե պոպուլիստական հայտարարություններով, այլ պետության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված համակարգված աշխատանքով՝ հիմնված իրական աշխարհաքաղաքական դաշնակիցների վրա,  որոնցից գլխավորը Ռուսաստանն է։ Այսօր շատերը ցանկանում են օգուտ քաղել Հայաստանում իրավիճակի ապակայունացումից, բայց մենք պետք է ամուր լինենք մեր համոզմունքներում։ Չի կարելի անտեսել այն փաստը, որ վերջին տարիներին Ռուսաստանը և Հայաստանը զարգացրել են կայուն գործընկերային և դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ տարբեր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ ռազմատեխնիկական, տնտեսական, մշակութային և սոցիալական ոլորտներում։ Ռուսաստանում այսօր մի քանի միլիոն հայ է ապրում, որոնք սերտ կապեր ունեն իրենց պատմական հայրենիքի հետ։ Պետք է լրջորեն կշռադատել այն չմտածված հայտարարությունները, որոնք այսօր արվում են երկու դաշնակից պետությունների միջև պառակտում մտցնելու միակ նպատակով։ Հայաստանին այսօր խաղաղություն է պետք։ Ուստի ես չափազանց կարևոր եմ համարում դադարեցնել թշնամական հակառուսական հռետորաբանությունը և համախմբել Ռուսաստանում հայկական համայնքի ուժերը Հայաստանի շուրջ։
