Հակառակ զինադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությանը, տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 15:00-ից Ղրղզստանը ռազմական ուղղաթիռներ եւ մարտական ​​անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր է օգտագործում Տաջիկստանի բնակելի տները եւ քաղաքացիական կառույցները թիրախավորելու համար, «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» լրատվական գործակալությանը հայտնել են Տաջիկստանի ազգային անվտանգության պետական ​​կոմիտեում։

Ղրղզստանի եւ Տաջիկստանի սահմանին լայնամասշտաբ բախումներ են սկսվել ուրբաթ առավոտյան։ Կողմերը միմյանց մեղադրել են հրետակոծության համար։ Ավելի ուշ Ղրղզստանի սահմանապահ ծառայությունը հայտնել է, որ երկու երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունների ղեկավարները հրադադարի շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել։ Երեկոյան մոտ Ղրղզստանի սահմանապահ ծառայությունը հայտարարել է տաջիկ զինվորականների կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելու մասին։
