Այս տարվա առաջին 7 ամիսներին վերականգնվել է հանցագործություններով պետությանը և համայնքներին պատճառված 22.8 մլրդ դրամի վնաս

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն ամփոփել է հանցագործություններով պետությանը պատճառված վնասների և դրանց վերականգնման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ դատախազության ստորաբաժանումների հսկողության ներքո 2022 թ. օգոստոսի 1-ի դրությամբ իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքները:  

Ինչպես տեղեկանում է Գլխավոր դատախազության տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, 2022 թ. օգոստոսի 1-ի դրությամբ ՀՀ իրավասու մարմինների վարույթներում եղած 3455 քրեական գործերով հարուցման պահին արձանագրվել է հանցագործությամբ պետությանը և համայնքներին պատճառված նախնական հաշվարկով 508.441.605.552 ՀՀ դրամի վնաս, որից 495.983.033.829 ՀՀ դրամը հանդիսացել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասը, 12.458.571.723 ՀՀ դրամը՝ համայնքներին:

Քրեական գործերի նախաքննության ընթացքում նշանակված փորձաքննությունների կամ այլ քննչական ու դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում նշված ժամանակահատվածում ընդհանուր վնասից արդեն իսկ հաստատվել է 235.400.796.359 ՀՀ դրամը, որից 232.805.276.257 ՀՀ դրամը հանդիսացել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասը, 2.595.520.102 ՀՀ դրամը՝ համայնքներին։

Արձանագրված վնասից նախաքննության ընթացքում վերականգնվել է 54.797.051.145 ՀՀ դրամը, որից 52.573.370.546 ՀՀ դրամը հանդիսացել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասը, 2.223.680.599 ՀՀ դրամը՝ համայնքներին։ 2022 թվականի ընթացքում վերականգնվել է նաև պետությանը պատճառված վնասից 379.250 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Քրեական գործերի նախաքննության ընթացքում հանցագործություն կատարած ենթադրյալ անձանց թիվը կազմել է 2377 անձ, որոնցից 1318 անձի արդեն իսկ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, կամ՝ որոշում կայացվել քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին։

Հիշյալ քրեական գործերի նախաքննության ընթացքում արգելանք է դրվել 84.644.700 ՀՀ դրամի, 5.838.598.990 ՀՀ դրամ հաշիվների, 120 անուն շարժական և 246 անշարժ գույքերի ու 45 հողատարածքների նկատմամբ, որից այս պահի դրությամբ գնահատված է 28.482.919.456 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ շարժական և անշարժ գույքը, իսկ մնացածի արժեքը դեռևս որոշված չէ։

Դատախազությունից ընդգծում են, որ  2022 թ. օգոստոսի 1-ի դրությամբ վերականգնված վնասն արդեն իսկ գերազանցում է 2020 և 2021 թվականների 12 ամիսների ընթացքում վերականգնված վնասի չափի հանրագումարը: Մասնավորապես, եթե 2020 թվականի ընթացքում վերականգնվել է շուրջ 14.2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի չափով վնաս, 2021թ. ընթացքում՝ շուրջ 7 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի չափով վնաս, ապա 2022թ. հուլիսի 31-ի դրությամբ արդեն իսկ վերականգնվել է պետությանը և համայնքին պատճառված՝ շուրջ 22.8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի չափով վնաս:
