44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայողների մի խումբ ծնողներ այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 10-ին, Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի հետ հանդիպմանը պահանջել են  ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանին ներգրավել որպես մեղադրյալ: Այս մասին News.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց  զոհված Էդուարդ Ղազարյանի հայրը` Ալեքսանդր Ղազարյանը:

«Իմ տղան ծառայել է Մարտունի 3-ի յոթերորդ վաշտում։ Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին ամբողջ վաշտը տեղափոխել են Հադրութ ու այնտեղ 73 հոգանոց վաշտը զոհվել է։ Տղաներին ուղարկել է Ջալալ Հարությունյանը, մինչդեռ այդ տարածքն հոկտեմբերի 9-ին հանձնել էին։ Քրեական գործը հարուցված է մեկ տարուց ավելի, հիմա արդեն ուղարկվում է դատարան։ Նախաքննությունն ավարտվում է, մենք Քննչական կոմիտե գնացել էինք քննարկելու: Գործը հարուցված է անփութության հատկանիշներով, բայց դրան դեմ ենք, որովհետեւ փրկելու միջոց է, նման դեպքում՝ միայն դավաճանություն։ Անփության հոդվածը չորսից ութ տարի է ենթադրում։ Գլխավոր հրամանատարից մինչեւ դասակի հրամանատար դավաճանություն է եղել։ Մեր տղաները հերոսները են եղել, սխալ հրամանը դավաճանություն է, նահանջի հրամանը դավաճանություն է։ Մենք դա Քյարամյանին ենք ասել»,-ասաց նա:

Ալեքսանդր Ղազարյանի խոսքով՝ գործում կա երկու մեղադրյալ, որոնց անուններն այս պահին հրապարակել չի կարող։ Բարձրաստիճան երկու պաշտոնյաներն էլ կալանավորված չեն։

«Դա անփութություն չի կարող լինել, երեխեքը ընկնում են շրջափակման մեջ, օգնություն խնդրում, բայց օգնություն չեն ստանում։ Եթե չեք կարողանում ճիշտ կազմակերպել, ինչո՞ւ եք այդ պաշտոններին հասել։ Մենք առաջինը մեղավորը համարում ենք Ջալալ Հարությունյանին եւ պահանջել ենք, որ գործում առաջադրի որպես մեղադրյալ»,-ասաց Ղազարյանը:

Նշենք, որ այսօր քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, որ ՔԿ նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը հանդիպել է զոհվածների մի խումբ ծնողների, պատասխանել նրանց հարցերին:
