Երկու օր առաջ հայրենադարձված գերիները թե՛ վկայի և թե՛ տուժողի կարգավիճակ են ստացել. «Ազատություն»

Հայաստան վերադարձած բոլոր 5 գերիները թե՛ վկայի և թե՛ տուժողի կարգավիճակ են ստացել երեկ Քննչական կոմիտեում գրեթե 10 ժամ տևած հարցաքննությունից հետո, «Ազատությանը» հայտնեց Քննչական կոմիտեի մամլո խոսնակը։

Ռազմագերիներից չորսը Շիրակի մարզից էին, գերեվարվել էին Արցախի Խծաբերդի դիրքերից` 44-օրյա պատերազմի ավարտից հետո, իսկ մեկը` Էդիկ Հովսեփյանը` 2021-ի նոյեմբերի 16-ին` Սյունիքի Իշխանասարի հատվածում իրավիճակի սրման ժամանակ:

Այս վերջին միջադեպի արդյունքում գերեվարված, ապա հայրենադարձված 26 զինվորականներից 6-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել։ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարել էր, որ մարտական դիրքի վրա հարձակված ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողներին վնասազերծելու, զինաթափելու փոխարեն հայ զինվորականները փորձել են բանակցություններ վարել դիրքի պահպանության տարածք ներխուժած հակառակորդի հետ։ Ըստ քննիչների, դիրքերի անձնակազմը թողել էր մարտական դիրքերն ու դիմել փախուստի, ինչի հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի զինծառայողները ներխուժել են Հայաստանի տարածք և գրավել հայկական դիրքերը։

Մեղադրյալներից մեկի՝ դիրքի ավագ, ջոկատի հրամանատար Արեն Արամյանի փաստաբան Արա Կարապետյանն ասում է՝ հնարավոր է մեկ ամսից ավարտվի նախաքննությունն ու գործը գնա դատարան, բայց միևնույն է՝ համոզված է, թե բոլոր փաստերն իր պաշտպանյալի օգտին են, և եթե ոչ նախաքննության ընթացքում, ապա դատարանում նա կարդարացվի։

«Արեն Արամյանը, ինչպես վայել ա հային, ինչպես վայել ա հայ զինվորին, կռվել ա մինչև վերջ, վիրավորվել ա, նաև մենք ունենք անհերքելի փաստեր դրա հետ կապված և որևէ մեկը չի կարող, այդ թվում նաև նախաքննական մարմինը, դա միգուցե սուբյեկտիվ կարծիքն է, բայց ես հիմնվում եմ իմ մոտ եղած փաստերով, որ Արեն Արամյանը հետնահանջ ա կատարել կամ հետնահանջի հրաման ա տվել: Արեն Արամյանը ոնց որ վայել ա հայ զինվորին, կռվել ա ադրբեջանցում դեմ», - ասաց փաստաբանը:
