Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը սեպտեմբերի 2-ին ընդունել է զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներին:

Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմից հայտնում են, որ հանդիպմանը երկրի ղեկավարը պատասխանել է ներկաների` Արցախի ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, անվտանգային մարտահրավերների չեզոքացմանը, ինչպես նաև սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների լուծմանը վերաբերող բազմաթիվ հարցերի:

Նախագահը նշել է, որ իշխանությունները պետք է համբերատար լինեն ու ըմբռնումով մոտենան Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հանրության կողմից հնչող քննադատություններին` չնայած, որ հանրային հետաքրքրությունը հաճախ կլանում է հարցերի այնպիսի շրջանակ, որի մասին բարձրաձայնելը կամ տեղեկատվություն հրապարակելը սպառնում է ազգային անվտանգությանը, առնչվում է պետական գաղտնիքների շարքին, ի վերջո, հակադրվում է երկրի ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականության տակտիկական մոտեցումներին:

Երկրի ղեկավարի խոսքով` ԱՀ քաղաքացիների` կարծիքն ազատորեն արտահայտելու սահմանադրական իրավունքի իրացման դրսևորումները հարգանքով են ընկալվում, սակայն նույնատիպ հարցերի վերաբերյալ հանրության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ կարող են տարբեր կարծիքներ ու մոտեցումներ ունենալ, հետևաբար, պետությունը պարտավոր է դրանց առնչությամբ ողջամիտ և հավասարակշռված որոշումներ ընդունել:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև հանրային կյանքին առնչվող խնդիրներին, կադրային քաղաքականությանը, պետական կառավարման համակարգի թերություններին:

«Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում հաշվետվողականությունը և ուշադրությամբ հետևում ենք հանրության կողմից բարձրացվող յուրաքանչյուր խնդրի: Կադրային քաղաքականության թերությունները տեսանելի են նաև մեր կողմից, և մերօրյա սուղ պայմաններում միշտ չէ, որ հաջողվում է այդ ոլորտում հաղթահարել բոլոր խնդիրները», -մասնավորապես ասել է նախագահը:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդգծել է, որ իշխանությունները շարունակելու են հավատարիմ մնալ գործադիր իշխանության կազմում ըստ անհրաժեշտության փոփոխություններ կատարելու գործելաոճին և առաջիկայում ևս փորձելու են վերանայումներ կատարել՝ հաշվի առնելով կադրային քաղաքականության սկզբունքներն ու պարբերական փոփոխություններով կառավարման արդյունավետությունը նվազեցնելու անթույլատրելիությունը:

Հանդիպման վերջում երկրի ղեկավարը հավաստիացրել է, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները շարունակելու են հավատարիմ մնալ հազարավոր քաջորդիների արյան գնով կերտված պետականության սյուներն ամրացնելու, ԱՀ Սահմանադրության պետականապահպան իրավահնարավորությունները կատարելագործելու, պետական իշխանության ձևավորման ու բնականոն գործունեության անխափան ընթացքն ապահովելու գործին:
