Ռուսաստանին պետք է մնալ Կովկասում, դրա համար իրեն պետք է Արցախի հարցը սառեցված մնա. քաղաքագետ

Ռուսաստանին պետք է մնալ Կովկասում, դրա համար իրեն պետք է Արցախի հարցը սառեցված մնա ու թույլ չտա, որ Արեւմուտքը Արցախի հարցով մուտք գործի Կովկաս, այնտեղի Միջին Ասիա ու Հյուսիսային Կովկաս, ինչի շուրջ ունի համաձայնություն Իրանի ու էրդողանական Թուրքիայի հետ։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը:

«ԱՄՆ-ն, Ռուսաստանը, Թուրքիան ու Իրանն իրենց ազգային շահերով են ղեկավարվում եւ դա բնական է, անբնականն այն է, որ մենք չգիտենք, թե ինքներս ում շահերով ենք շարժվում։

- Ռուսաստանին պետք է մնալ Կովկասում, դրա համար իրեն պետք է Արցախի հարցը սառեցված մնա ու թույլ չտա, որ Արեւմուտքը Արցախի հարցով մուտք գործի Կովկաս, այնտեղի Միջին Ասիա ու Հյուսիսային Կովկաս, ինչի շուրջ ունի համաձայնություն Իրանի ու էրդողանական Թուրքիայի հետ։

-Իրանին պետք է, որ Արեւմուտքը ու Իսրայելը իր հյուսիսում' Ադրբեջանում, մուտք չգործեն, ինչի շուրջ ունի համաձայնություն Ռուսաստանի հետ, նաեւ մասնակի համաձայնություն էրդողանական Թուրքիայի հետ, միեւնույն ժամանակ ցանկանում է, որ չմեծանա Ադրբեջանի դերն, ինչը սպառնալիք է իր տարածքային ամբողջականությանը։
- Էրդողանական Թուրքիային նույնպես պետք է զսպել Արեւմուտքի ակտիվությունը Կովկասում, սակայն դրա համար մեծ գին է պահանջում Ռուսաստանից ու Իրանից, ու դա մեր հաշվին է։ Թե ետէրդողանական Թուրքիան ինչպիսին կլինի, կիմանանք հաջորդ տարին, նաեւ ինչ աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխություններ կլինեն մեր ռեգիոնում։

- ԱՄՆ-ին ու Բրիտանիային պետք է ուժեղ Ադրբեջան, որը լինի պլատֆորմ Միջին Ասիա մուտք գործելու , ինչպես նաեւ Ռուսաստանում իսլամի ու թյուրքիզմի հողի վրա ցնցումներ առաջացնելու համար, իսկ դրա համար Արցախի հարցը պետք է վերջնականապես լուծվի ի օգուտ Ադրբեջանի, նաեւ լուծվի Սյունիք «հարցը», որպեսզի հետագայում սկսվի Ռուսաստանի ու Իրանի փլուզման գործընթացը։ Երբ «միջազգային հանրությունն» ասում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի միջեւ պետք է հաստատվի վերջնական ու երկարատեւ խաղաղություն, հենց դա նկատի ունեն։

Մինսկի խումբը գործիք է, որտեղ այդ իրարամերժ շահերը մտել են հակասության մեջ։ Հիմա չկա միջազգային իրավունք, չկա նաեւ միջազգային հանրությունն ու միջազգային կարգ, հիմա ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է, ինչպես առանց խաղի կանոնների մենամարտերում։

Այս պայմաններում ում ...-ին է պետք Մինսկի Խումբը, գոնե ինձ համար անհասկանալի է, այն ավելի շուտ սպառնալիք է հանդիսանում քան մեզ համար, քան ընդունելի ինչ-որ հարթակ»,- գրել է նա։
