1. Զորամասում կամ զինվորական ծառայություն կրելու այլ վայրում ստորադասի (ենթակայի) նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքը, եթե դա կապված չէ զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ`

պատժվում է կարճաժամկետ ազատազրկմամբ` առավելագույնը 2 ամիս ժամկետով (նախկինում՝ 1-2 տարի ժամկետով), կամ կարգապահական գումարտակում պահելով՝ առավելագույնը 2 տարի ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ` առավելագույնը 2 տարի ժամկետով (նախկինում՝ առավելագույնը 4 տարի ժամկետով):

2. Զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները կատարելու կապակցությամբ ստորադասի (ենթակայի) կամ նրա մերձավոր ազգականի կամ մերձավորի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքը`

պատժվում է կարճաժամկետ ազատազրկմամբ՝ 1-2 ամիս ժամկետով (նախկինում՝ 1-3 տարի ժամկետով), կամ կարգապահական գումարտակում պահելով՝ 1-3 տարի ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ` առավելագույնը 3 տարի ժամկետով (նախկինում՝ առավելագույնը 5 տարի ժամկետով):

3. Սույն հոդվածի 1-ին կամ 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված արարքը, որը`

1) կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից,

2) կատարվել է սպայական կամ ավագ ենթասպայական կազմի զինծառայողի կողմից կամ

3) առաջացրել է մարդու առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնասի պատճառում՝

պատժվում է զինվորական ծառայության մեջ սահմանափակմամբ` 1-3 տարի ժամկետով, կամ կարճաժամկետ ազատազրկմամբ` 1-2 ամիս ժամկետով, կամ կարգապահական գումարտակում պահելով՝ 1-3 տարի ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ` 2-5 տարի ժամկետով․ (նախկինում՝ ազատազրկմամբ՝ 4-8 տարի ժամկետով)։

4. Սույն հոդվածի 1-ին կամ 2-րդ կամ 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված արարքը, որը՝

1) կատարվել է զենքի կամ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես պատրաստված կամ հարմարեցված առարկայի կամ միջոցի գործադրմամբ կամ

2) անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու առողջությանը ծանր վնասի պատճառում՝

պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ` 3-6  տարի ժամկետով (նախկինում՝ ազատազրկմամբ՝ 7-12 տարի ժամկետով):

5. Սույն հոդվածի 1-ին կամ 2-րդ կամ 3-րդ կամ 4-րդ մասով նախատեսված արարքը, որը կատարվել է ռազմական դրության, պատերազմի ժամանակ կամ մարտի պարագաներում, կամ որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ`

պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ` 5-10 տարի ժամկետով (նախկինում՝ ազատազրկմամբ՝ 8-13 տարի ժամկետով):
