«Հրապարակ»-ին հասած տեղեկություններով, Արթիկում մանկապարտեզներին զգուշացվել է, որ որևէ անծանոթ, կամ օտարազգի անձանց թույլ չտան մուտք գործել մանկապարտեզի տարածք:

«Մենք կապվեցինք Արթիկի համայնքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Արտակ Հարությունյանի հետ, ով մեզ ասաց, որ նա երկրում չէ, արձակուրդի մեջ է, և  լուրի մասին տեղեկություն չունի: Կապ հաստատեցինք նաև Արթիկ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Անան Ոսկանյանի մամլո խոսնակ Սևակ Պետոյանի հետ: Մեր հարցին՝ թե արդյո՞ք համայնքապետարանը նման զգուշացում արել է, Պետոյանը պատասխանեց, որ նման հարցերի համար, պետք է գրավոր դիմել և ստանալ գրավոր պատասխան: Զրուցեցինք նաև Արթիկում գործող մանկապարտեզներից մեկի աշխատակցի հետ, ով խնդրեց, որ իր տվյալները չհրապարակենք,  նշեց, որ այո, իրենց զգուշացվել է, որ օտարազգի անձանց նկատմամբ ուշադիր լինեն, թույլ չտան մուտք գործել մանկապարտեզի տարածք, հատկապես ուշադրություն դարձնեն պայուսակներով մուտք գործող անձանց : Հարցին, թե որ կառույցից են զգուշացրել, պատասխանեց՝ ոստիկանությունից: Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց նաև, որ ոչ միայն մանկապարտեզների մասին է խոսքը, այլ նաև դպրոցների: «Հրապարակ» ձեռքի տակ է  հայտնվել լուսանկար, որտեղ թուրքական պետհամարանիշով մեքենան անարգել շրջում է քաղաքում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստում հայտարարել էր, որ ադրբեջանցիները ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով հենց այսօր էլ կարող են հատել Հայաստանի սահմանն ու գնալ Նախիջեւան»,- գրում է կայքը:
