Մասիսի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ Մասիսի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչության դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ հաղորդումը ստացվել է 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 15-ին՝ ժամը 17:40-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից և տեղեկացվել, որ Մասիս քաղաքի 36-ամյա բնակիչը հայտնել է, թե խնդիր ունի նույն քաղաքի մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ՝ հավելելով, որ հնարավոր է քիչ հետո ինքը և 10 անձ մահանան: Նույն օրը ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում նույն տղամարդը գնացել է Մասիսի համայնքապետարանի վարչական շենք, ավտոմեքենան կայանել մուտքի դիմաց, մտնելով ներս՝ հրել է պահակին, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով բարձրացել է շենքի 4-րդ հարկ, որտեղից նռնակ է նետել դեպի դուրս և 2 անգամ կրակոց արձակել:

Տղամարդուն վնասազերծելու ուղղությամբ ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շրջանակներում 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, Մասիսի համայնքապետարանի 4-րդ հարկում տեղակայված՝ համայնքի ղեկավարի աշխատասենյակում հայտնաբերվել է 36-ամյա տղամարդու դին՝ գլխի քունքային հատվածում հրազենային մուտքային և ելքային վնասվածքով:

Կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ համայնքապետարանի վարչական շենքի առջև գտնվող տարածքում հայտնաբերվել է պայթյունի օջախ և բեկորային վնասվածքներով «Մազդա » և «Ռենո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներ:

36-ամյա տղամարդուն ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքի առթիվ ևս նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որը միացվել է վերոնշյալ քրեական վարույթին:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են հարցաքննություններ, առգրավումներ, նշանակվել է փորձաքննություն:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
