Պարզաբանում` Արագածի գիտական կենտրոնի տարածքը վարձակալության հանձնելու վերաբերյալ

«Ստանդարտացման և չափագիտության ազգային մարմին» ՓԲ ընկերությանը պատկանող Արագածի գիտական կենտրոնը և ՌՕԴ-54/2.6 ռադիո-օպտիկական աստղադիտակը որևէ ընկերության վարձակալությամբ չեն տրամադրվել գումարի դիմաց։ Գիտական կենտրոնի տարածքը և աստղադիտակը պահպանվում են «Ստանդարտացման և չափագիտության ազգային մարմին» ՓԲ ընկերության կողմից։ Տարածքում գտնվող 4 անտենային էտալոնները ճանաչվել են ազգային չափանմուշներ, որոնց պահպանության և զարգացման համար պետական բյուջեից ամեն տարի տրամադրվում է 45 միլիոն դրամ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-12-ն Արագածի գիտական կենտրոնի տարածքում կայանալիք էլեկտրոնային երաժշտության փառատոնին և քեմփինքին, փաստենք, որ «ՍԵՆՍՈՐ» միջազգային փառատոնի կազմակերպման և անցկացման նպատակով «Ստանդարտացման և չափագիտության ազգային մարմին» ՓԲ ընկերության և «Արմատ քոմմյունիթի ժամանակակից արվեստ» հասարակական կազմակերպության միջև կնքվել է թույլտվության պայմանագիր, համաձայն որի՝ «Արմատ քոմմյունիթի ժամանակակից արվեստ» հասարակական կազմակերպությունն իրավունք է ստանում 2022թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 5-ից 15-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ժամանակավոր, անհատույց տիրապետել և օգտագործել «Ստանդարտացման և չափագիտության ազգային մարմին» ՓԲ ընկերությանը սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող Արագածի գիտական կենտրոնի անշարժ գույքի որոշակի մասը։

Պայմանագրով հստակ ամրագրված է. «Արգելվում է փառատոնի մասնակիցներին և «Արմատ քոմմյունիթի ժամանակակից արվեստ» հասարակական կազմակերպության աշխատակիցներին մտնել կամ օգտագործել այն տարածքները, որոնք չեն ներառված միջոցառման անցկացման համար դիտարկված հատակագծի մեջ՝ մասնավորապես ՌՕԴ-54/2.6 ռադիոաստղադիտակի և նրան հարող հարավային թունելի հատվածը, ինչպես նաև՝ ազգային չափանմուշների համար նախատեսված շինությունները» (մեջբերման ավարտը)։
