Երեք զինծառայողի սպանության գործը Սյունիքի մարզի դատարանից կտեղափոխվի Երևան

2021թ օգոստոսին մարտական հենակետում երեք զինծառայողի սպանության վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանից կտեղափոխվի Երևան։

Նշենք, որ գործը մակագրվել էր Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մուշեղ Արամյանին, որը վարույթ էր ընդունել այն։
Օգոստոսի 16-ին նշանակված նախնական դատական լսումների ժամանակ դատարանը քննարկել է տուժող կողմի՝ գործի տարածքային ընդդատությունը փոխելու մասին միջնորդությունը։

Տտուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Հայարփի Սարգսյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ դեռևս օգոստոսի 2֊ին էր միջնորդել, միջնորդությունը քննվեց նախնական դատական նիստի ընթացքում` կարգի համաձայն։

«Կողմերը միացան միջնորդությանս, դատարանը բավարարեց այն` հաշվի առնելով, որ դատավարության գրեթե բոլոր մասնակիցները կամ Երևան քաղաքում, կամ Երևան քաղաքի հարակից շրջաններում են բնակվում։ Գործի ընդդատությունը փոխվեց և այն տեղափոխվեց Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան»,- նշեց փաստաբանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2021թ օգոստոսի 19-ին մարտական հենակետերից մեկում հայտնաբերվել էր երեք զինծառայողի դի՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներով։

Հարուցված քրեական գործով նախ ձերբակալվել, ապա կալանավորվել է զինծառայողների համածառայակիցը։ Օգոստոսի 23-ին պաշտոնապես հայտնի դարձավ, որ զինծառայողների սպանության գործով ձերբակալվել է նաև դիրքի ավագը՝ զինծառայողներին կյանքից զրկելուն դրդելու և ծառայակցի նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ կատարելու կասկածանքով, այժմ՝ դիրքի ավագին մեղսագրվում է միայն զինծառայողներին կյանքից զրկելուն դրդելը։ Մեղադրյալներն արդեն մեկ տարի է՝ կալանքի տակ են։
