«Սուրմալու»-ում եղել է մոտ 4-5 տոննա հրավտանգ նյութ․ անհետ կորածներից մեկը ողջ է, չի եղել «Սուրմալու»-ում․ ԱԻ նախարար

«Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնի պայթյունից հետո այս պահին ունենք երկու անհետ կորած, 16 զոհ, որոնցից մեկի ինքնությունը չի պարզվել, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը։

Նախարարը նշեց, որ ավելի վաղ կային երեք անհետ կորած, սակայն նրանց մեկի՝ ՌԴ քաղաքացու մասով նոր տեղեկություն է ի հայտ եկել․ պարզվել է, որ «Սուրմալու»-ի հետ կապ չունեցող և բոլորովին այլ պայմաններում նա վիրահատվել է, հետո կապի է դուրս եկել հարազատների հետ և հենց այս հանգամանքով է պայմանավորված, որ երեք անհետ կորածի փոխարեն այս պահին ունենք երկու անհետ կորած համարվող։

Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը նշեց, որ 16 զոհերից միայն մեկի ինքնությունը դեռ չի պարզվել, և երբ այդ մեկի ինքնությունն էլ պարզվի, ապա փաստացի կունենք միայն մեկ անհետ կորած։

«Քաղաքացիների որոնման աշխատանքները կատարվում են հիմնականում ետնամասում՝ կիսակառույց այն շենքում, որը չի փլուզվել ․․․ Ներկա պահին հարկ եղած դեպքում տեղ–տեղ մասամբ կատարվում են հովացման աշխատանքներ։ Ինտենսիվ կերպով կուտակված փլատակներն են տեղափոխվում և զուգահեռ իրականացվում է որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանք»,– ասաց նա։

Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը ասաց, որ որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո արդեն կքննարկվի շենքի մնացած հատվածի ապամոնտաժման հարցը։ Նախարար նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ առևտրի կենտրոնի սեփականատիրոջ հետ զրուցել են և ստացել ողջ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունն այն մասին, թե ինչ կարող է լինել շենքում և հենց այդ տեղեկության հիման վրա են կատարել աշխատանքները։ 

Հարցին, թե արդյոք նկուղային, պահեստային հատվածներում դեռ կարող են լինել հրավտանգ նյութեր, նախարարն ասաց, որ տարածքի 50-60 տոկոսն արդեն մաքրվել է և եթե լինեին այդպիսի նյութեր, ապա դրանք արդեն գտած կլինեին։ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ սեփականատիրոջ հետ շփումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ շենքում, նախնական գնահատականներով, 4-5 տոննա հրավտանգ նյութեր են եղել նախքան պայթյունը։

Նախարարը նաև նշեց, որ եթե չնույնականացված մեկ զոհի ինքնությունն էլ պարզվի, ապա փլատակների տակ կմնա մեկ քաղաքացի, որի մոտավոր վայրը նույնպես արդեն հայտնի է, դրանից հետո աշխատանքներն ավելի արագ կարվեն, քանի որ արդեն ավելի շատ կաշխատի ծանր տեխնիկան՝ մարդկանց փոխարեն։
