Ղարաբաղյան Երկրորդ պատերազմից անցել է մոտ երկու տարի։ Բայց տեսեք, թե ինչ մեծ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել այս երկու տարիներին։ Վերականգնողական աշխատանքները, որ մենք այնտեղ ենք անում, մի կողմ եմ դնում, այդ ամենը ակնհայտ է։ Ինչ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունենում գիտակցության մեջ. Ինչի՞ արդյունքում։ Մեր ճիշտ քաղաքականության արդյունքում։

Այս մասին օգոստոսի 12-ին ադրբեջանական հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը, հայտնում է ԱՊԱ-ն։

«Որովհետև պատերազմի ավարտից անմիջապես հետո ասացի, որ մեզ խաղաղություն է պետք։ Մենք պետք է խաղաղ բանակցություններ սկսենք Հայաստանի հետ: Առայժմ մենք դրական պատասխան չենք ստացել, բայց հուսով եմ, որ կստանանք։ Պետք է ստեղծել սահմանազատման հանձնաժողով։ Դեմ էին, բայց ի վերջո համաձայնեցին։ Մեզ պետք է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը», դեմ էին նաև դրան: Հիմա՝ առաջիկա շաբաթներին, սպասում ենք, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» երթուղին կտրամադրեն։ Ղարաբաղում ապրող հայերն էլ տեսան, որ Ադրբեջանից կարող են միայն օգուտ քաղել»,- ասել է նա՝ ընդգծելով, որ լավատեսորեն է նայում ապագային։

«Մենք միշտ հասել ենք մեր ուզածին։ Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն և բարգավաճում լինի, որպեսզի պատերազմ չլինի, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը հաջողությամբ զարգանա, և մեր ժողովուրդը լավ ապրի»,- հայտարարել է Ալիևը։
