Կրթության պետական ծրագիրը` խորհրդարանում. ինչ են փոխելու

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության մինչեւ 2030 թվականը զարգացման պետական ծրագիրը» արդեն ներկայացվել է խորհրդարանին։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ պատգամավորներն այն կքննարկեն սեպտեմբերին մեկնարկող հերթական նստաշրջանում, երբ խորհրդարանը ետ կգա արձակուրդից։

Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ այս օրենքն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո՝ եռամսյա ժամկետում, ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետք է հաստատի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության մինչեւ 2030 թվականը զարգացման պետական ծրագրից» բխող գործողությունների ծրագիրը, որը կարող է վերանայվել յուրաքանչյուր տարի:

Այսպիսով, ծրագրի ներածության մեջ անդրադարձ է կատարվել 2020-ին կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության եւ 44-օրյա պատերազմի թողած ազդեցությանը կրթության համակարգի վրա եւ ծագած հրատապ խնդիրներին։ Ըստ նախարարության ծրագրի՝ հետեւանքները օրակարգ են բերում ոչ միայն կրթական միջավայրի անվտանգությանը, այլեւ կրթական բովանդակությանն առնչվող շեշտադրումների փոփոխության անհրաժեշտություն։

Առաջարկվում է, որ մինչեւ 2030 թվականը 3-5 տարեկան երեխաների առնվազն 95 տոկոսն ընդգրկված լինի նախադպրոցական ծառայություններում։ Այս ծրագիրն արդեն անցել է հանրային քննարկում, իսկ գլխավոր քննարկումը կանցկացվի խորհրդարանում։
