Գիտնականները պարզել են, թե ինչպես կարելի է սիլիկոնային արևային վահանակներով ավելի շատ էներգիա արտադրել

3dnews.ru-ն գրում է, որ արևային մարտկոցները համարվում են նոր էներգետիկայի ամենակարևոր տարրերից մեկը, սակայն դրանց արդյունավետությունը դեռևս այն չէ: Հանրաճանաչ սիլիկոնային վահանակներն աշխատում են միայն արևի կարմիր և ինֆրակարմիր սպեկտրում, մինչդեռ մնացած սպեկտրները ցրվում են անօգուտ: Ամերիկացի գիտնականները փորձել են գտնել կապույտ սպեկտրը գրավելու և այն կարմիրի վերածելու միջոց, որպեսզի սիլիցիումը ավելի շատ ֆոտոններ և էներգիա ստանա։ Եվ դա ստացվել է:

Tandon ինժեներական դպրոցի հետազոտողները մշակել են բարակ թաղանթ, որը բարելավում է արևային բջիջների արդյունավետությունը՝ փոխակերպելով լույսի ալիքի այն երկարությունները, որոնք չեն արձագանքում սիլիցիումի հետ, այնպիսի ալիքի երկարությունների, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու համար: Դա անելու համար գիտնականները բազմաթիվ փորձեր են կատարել արեգակնային բջիջների տարբեր ձևավորումների, նյութերի և ներկերի հետ, որոնք օգնում են օգտագործել լույսի սպեկտրի մեծ մասը, սակայն մինչ այժմ հաջողության չեն հասել, քանի դեռ չէին ստեղծել իտերբիումի հավելումով պերովսկիտի բարակ թաղանթ:

Պերովսկիտային թաղանթը, որը դրված էր սիլիցիումի ֆոտոբջիջի վրա, հաջողությամբ կլանում է կապույտ և ուլտրամանուշակագույն սպեկտրի ֆոտոնները, իսկ իտերբիումն այդ էներգիան արտանետում է ինֆրակարմիր տիրույթում՝ ֆոտոնները փոխանցելով սիլիցիումի ենթաշերտին այն ձևով, որը այն հիանալի կլանում է: Առաջարկվող նյութի արդյունավետությունը կազմել է 82,5% և կարող է նույնիսկ գերազանցել 100%-ը, եթե ընտրվի բաղադրիչների ճիշտ հարաբերակցություն: Դա ոչ թե վահանակի արդյունավետությունն է, որը միջինում սիլիցիումի համար տատանվում է 20%-ի սահմաններում, այլ այն արդյունավետությունը, որով «կապույտ» ֆոտոնները վերածվում են «կարմիրի»։

Նման փոխակերպումը հնարավորություն է տալիս մի փոքր ավելի բարձրացնել սիլիկոնային պանելների արդյունավետությունը, սակայն գիտնականները դեռևս չեն համարձակվում նույնիսկ մոտավոր թվեր նշել։ Դա պահանջում է նոր հետազոտություն:
