148 երկրաշարժ՝ մեկ ամսում․ ԱԻՆ-ն ամփոփել է տվյալները

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 8-ին, Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության ստորաբաժանումներն ու ՊՈԱԿ-ներն ամփոփել են հուլիս ամսվա ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքները: Խորհրդակցությունը վարել է ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը: Զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել ԱԻՆ գլխավոր քարտուղար Լիլիթ Միրզախանյանը, Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն Արմեն Գասպարյանը, ‹‹Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության տարածքային ծառայություն›› ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Սոս Մարգարյանը, ‹‹Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոն›› ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի տեղակալ Խաչատուր Բաբայանը, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Համլետ Մաթևոսյանը, Ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի տնօրեն Պավել Գյոզալյանը, ՓԾ մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունների պետերը:

ՓԾ տնօրենի զեկույցի համաձայն՝ հուլիս ամսին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի 911 ահազանգման կենտրոնում սպասարկվել է 57․110 զանգ, որից 1353-ն՝ արտակարգ դեպք և պատահար: Արտակարգ դեպքերի, պատահարների հետևանքով զոհվել է 30, տուժել՝ 4106 մարդ: ‹‹Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության տարածքային ծառայություն›› ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի տեղեկացմամբ՝ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում լրացվել է 148 երկրաշարժի տվյալ, որից ամենաուժեղը տեղի է ունեցել հուլիսի 11-ին Վրաստան-Հայաստան սահմանային գոտում՝ Բավրա գյուղից 14 կմ արևելք, 4․4 մագնիտուդով: Այն զգացվել է Շիրակի, Լոռու մարզերում 5 բալ, Տավուշի, Արագածոտնի մարզերում՝ 4 բալ, ինչպես նաև Երևան քաղաքում՝ 2-3 բալ ուժգնությամբ։ Ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի տնօրենը զեկուցել է, որ ՌՀՄԱԿ ներկայացուցիչներն օգոստոսի 18-ից 19-ը մասնակցելու են ՌԴ Մոսկվա քաղաքում կայանալիք 3-րդ միջազգային հրշեջ փրկարարական համաժողովին։ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայում 2022-2023 ուսումնական տարվա ընդունելության գործընթացը մեկնարկել է, այս պահին դիմորդների թիվը 177 է։

Նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանի հանձնարարականով հրդեհներից խուսափելու նպատակով կշարունակվեն իրազեկման և կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքները։ Նիստի ավարտին փրկարար ծառայության մի շարք աշխատակիցների շնորհվել է փրկարարական ծառայության լեյտենանտի կոչում:
