Մեղրին կհանձնե՞ն. իրավիճակը՝ Մեղրի-Ագարակ ճանապարհին

Yerevan.today-ը գրում է. «Հայաստանում այլեւս մի համայնքից մյուսը գնալիս ստիպված եք մաքսակետերով կամ անցակետերով անցնել կամ շրջանցել ճանապարհը՝ առանց խոչընդոտ անցնելու համար։

Լուսանկարը Մեղրի-Ագարակ ճանապարհից է։ Ռուս խաղաղապահներն արդեն հսկում են ճանապարհը եւ բոլոր քաղաքացիներին կանգնեցնում, ստուգում, նոր բաց թողնում։

Այս մասին ՀՀ քաղաքացին նախապես չի տեղեկացվել։ Ագարակ այցելելիս քաղաքացիները հանկարծակի բախվել են այս խնդրին։ Ու կառավարությունը դեռ որեւէ բացատրություն չի տվել։ Yerevan.Today-ը կփորձի կառավարությունից պարզաբանում ստանալ իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ։

Նշենք, որ սա արդեն երրորդ խոչընդոտն է Սյունիքում։ Կապան-Ճակատեն, Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհից հետո սա արդեն երրորդն է։ Մի տարբերությամբ, որ առաջին երկուսը զավթել են ադրբեջանցիները։

Ավելին, Հայաստանի մայրուղիներում կար հատված, որտեղ ԱԱԾ աշխատողները վարորդներին կանգնեցնում էին ու հորդորում արագ քշել, որպեսզի գերի չընկնեն։

Այսքանով ամենը չի ավարտվում։ ՀՀ կառավարությունը շրջանցիկ ճանապարհ է կառուցում Նոյեմբերյանի մայրուղու հարեւանությամբ, քանի որ, ըստ տեղեկությունների, «անկլավների հանձնում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում, որը ստացել է սահմանագծում-սահմանազատում անունը, մայրուղին հանձնելու են ադրբեջանցիներին»։

Մեղրիում ռուս սահմանապահների կողմից տեղադրվել են 5 մոդուլային հենակետեր, որտեղ ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերը սահմանային ծառայություն են իրականացնում: Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեց Մեղրի համայնքի ղեկավար Բագրատ Զաքարյանը:

«Այդ հենակետերը տեղադրվել են մոտ 8-9 ամիս առաջ՝ Արաքսի ափին։ Թե ինչ գործառույթներ են կատարում, հստակ չեմ կարող ասել, այդ հարցին համապատախան գերատեսչությւոնները ավելի հստակ կարող են պատախանել։ Բայց պետք է նշեմ որ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ  հենակետերում կանգնեցնում են քաղաքացիներին, ստուգում անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթերը, մեքենաները, ինչը շատ ժամանակ քաղաքացիների շրջանում խռովություններ ու դժգոհություններ է առաջացնում»,- ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը։

Բագրատ Զաքարյանը նշեց, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները ծառայություն են իրականացնում՝ «Պետական սահմանի մասին» օրենքի համաձայն։

«ՀՀ-ի և ՌԴ-ի միջև կա գրավոր պայմանավորվածություն, ըստ որի՝ իրենք իրականացնում են իրենց ծառայությունը։ «Պետական սահմանի մասին» օրենքի 21-րդ կետով դա համարվում է սահմանային գոտի, որտեղ ռուս սահմանապահները ծառայություն են իրականացնում»,- ասաց Մեղրի համայնքի ղեկավար Բագրատ Զաքարյանը:
