Ինչպես հայտնի է` Քաշաթաղի շրջանն Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչատարածքային ամենաբարձր միավորն էր, որն ընդգրկում էր երկրի արևմտյան և հարավարևմտյան մասը (54 համայնք, 123 գյուղ և 4 քաղաք, վարչական կենտրոնը՝ Բերձոր): Ցավոք, 2020 թ․ դեպքերից հետո, պատկերն արմատապես փոխվել է․ եթե Բերձորը, Աղավնոն ու Սուսն էլ արժանանան շրջանի մյուս բնակավայրերի ճակատագրին և հանձնվեն Ադրբեջանին, երբեմնի ծաղկուն ու ավելի քան 12 հազար բնակիչ ունեցող Քաշաթաղից ոչինչ չի մնալու ․․․

«Մեր այսօրվա հիմնական անելիքը, եթե անհատական մակարդակով ասեմ, ամեն մեկն առաջին հերթին մտածում է՝ ինչպես հավաքել իր ունեցածը, ինչպես փրկվել ու անվտանգ տեղափոխվել Բերձորից»,- ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի խնդրանքով մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց Բերձորի քաղաքապետ Նարեկ Ալեքսանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով` վաղը կարևոր քննարկում է սպասվում Ստեփանակերտում՝ Արցախի տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանի հրավերով։

«Վաղը որոշակի բան պարզ կլինի․ Քաշաթաղի շրջանի ղեկավարի և համայնքների մյուս ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ քննարկում է լինելու նախարարի մոտ։ Պիտի հասկանանք` ինչ խնդիրներ կան, ինչ դիրքորոշում ունեն բնակիչները։ Մասնավորապես, ովքեր են ցանկանում տեղափոխվել Հայաստան, իսկ ովքեր՝ կնախընտրեն մնալ Արցախում» ,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Անդրադառնալով Արցախի կառավարության կողմից տեղահանվածներին որոշակի սոցիալական աջակցություն տրամադրելուն, համաձայն որի՝ քաղաքացիներին սերտեֆիկատ է տրվելու բնակարան ձեռք բերելու, ինչպես նաև որոշակի ամսական վճար՝ կենցաղային ընթացիկ խնդիրները լուծելու համար, Ալեքսանյանը հստակեցրեց․

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, հետևյալ սկզբունքներով են տրամադրվելու սերտեֆիկատները․ Երևանում բնակարան ձեռք բերելու համար նախատեսված է մինչև 8 միլիոն, իսկ Հայաստանի այլ մարզերի դեպքում՝ մինչև 10 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ։ Իսկ նրանց, որոնք կցանականան կացարան գնել Արցախում, կառաջարկվի մինչև 12 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ»։
