Առաջադրանքը իրականանալի է. արևային մարտկոցներ Ռիգայի նախկին հանրակացարանի տանիքին

Rus.delfi.lv-ը գրում է, որ  Ռիգայում հինգ հարկանի լքված շենքը կարող է դառնալ Լատվիայի այն առաջին օբյեկտը, որը վերանորոգվել է ինքնաբավ տնտեսության սկզբունքների համաձայն։

Ռիգայի Զիեպջու փողոցի հինգհարկանի շենքը ժամանակին եղել է տրոլեյբուսների դեպոյի աշխատողների սպասարկման հյուրանոց, ապա հանրակացարան։ Վերջին չորս տարիների ընթացքում տանն անջատել են կապը, փակել պատուհանները։ Այժմ լքված հանրակացարանը վերափոխման է սպասում։ Ընդ որում, ինքնաբավ տնտեսության սկզբունքների համաձայն:

«Ինքնաբավ տնտեսությունը ձգտում է նվազեցնել ռեսուրսների սկզբնական սպառումը, նվազեցնել թափոնների քանակը, ընդհանուր առմամբ շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտումը, և փորձում է հնարավորինս երկար պահպանել արդեն ստացված ռեսուրսներն ու ապրանքները թույլ չտալով, որ դրանք վերածվեն թափոնների, - բացատրել է Ռիգայի էներգետիկ գործակալության միջազգային նախագծերի համակարգող Իևա Կալնինան, -

այսպիսով, օրինակ, ապամոնտաժման գործընթացը կլինի նվազագույն, և նախատեսվում է նոր կիրառություն գտնել դրանից հետո մնացած նյութերի համար»։

«Առաջինը, մենք կփորձենք նորից օգտագործել այդ նյութերը այստեղ տեղում՝ սալաքարեր կամ նստարաններ սարքել, ինչ էլ որ լինի, դա առաջին տարբերակն է, օգտագործեք այստեղ, երկրորդը՝ նորից օգտագործել մեկ այլ օբյեկտում, քանի որ միշտ չէ, որ դա անհրաժեշտ է լինում այստեղ, բայց ինչ որ մեկի մոտ ինչ որ բան կարող է օգտակար լինել», - ասել է Կալնինան:

Շինանյութերի վերամշակումը ամեն ինչը չէ: Այդ շենքը վերանորոգումից հետո կլինի հնարավորինս էներգաարդյունավետ։ Գաղափարները, թե ինչպես դա անել, ներկայացրել են Ռիգայի էներգետիկ գործակալության մասնագետները: Կան մի քանի տարբերակներ «Մենք ամբողջ շենքում տեղադրում ենք լրացուցիչ մեկուսացում և մեխանիկական օդափոխություն, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ջերմային էներգիայի սպառումը կլինի երեք անգամ պակաս, իսկ շենքի շահագործումը կլինի ավելի էժան, քանի որ տանիքին արևային վահանակներ կտեղադրվեն, - ասել Ռիգայի էներգետիկ գործակալության էներգետիկ մենեջեր Վալդիս Ռատնիեկսը,- 

արևային մարտկոցների տեղադրումն ամենաթանկ տարբերակն է, բայց ամենաեկամտաբերը առաջիկա 30 տարիների համար»։ «Բանն այն է, որ մենք կօգտագործենք արևային մարտկոցներ բոլոր սարքավորումների համար, արևային մարտկոցներից ստացվող էներգիան կլինի այն բոլոր սարքավորումների համար, որոնք կտեղադրվեն շենքում, և, հետևաբար, ծախսերը կնվազեն», - վստահություն է հայտնել Ռատնիեկսը:

Գործակալության առաջարկներից թե որը՞ կիրականացվի, կորոշի մշակողը` Rīgas pilsētbūvnieks-ը: Վերակառուցումից հետո շենքում կլինեն մունիցիպալ վարձով բնակարաններ, այդ թվում բազմազավակ ընտանիքների համար, կլինեն նաև երկու սոցիալական խնամքի կենտրոններ։
