Չալաբյանի կալանավորումը և սրումը Արցախում

Կարող է պարադոքսալ հնչել, սակայն «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի և այլ քաղբանտարկյալների կալանավորումն ու նրանց իշխանությունների կողմից հետևողական բռնաճնշումների ենթարկելն ուղիղ կապ ունեն իշխանությունների ադրբեջանամետ քաղաքականության, ինչպես նաև Արցախում հերթական սրման հետ։

Հիշեցնենք Չալաբյանը Հայաստանում մասնակցել ու ներդրում է կատարել ռազմարդյունաբերական և պաշտպանական համակարգերի ներդրման նախագծելուն և 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերից հրապարակավ քննադատում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ բանակը հետևողականորեն կազմալուծելու և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին պաշտպանությունից զրկելու հանցավորության համար։

Հենց սա է, ըստ էության, այն հիմնական պատճառը, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը աննախադեպ որոշում կայացրեց Հայաստանի իրավական պրակտիկայում։ Թերևս հազվագյուտ դեպք է, երբ անձը կալանավորվում է հիմքերի լիակատար բացակայության և օրենքի միարժեք պահանջների կոպիտ խախտման պայմաններում։

«Այս անհեթեթ գործողությունը ցույց է տալիս, թե որքան է գործող վարչախումբը վախենում իր սկզբունքային ընդդիմախոսներից և ինչ աղաղակող ապօրինությունների է պատրաստ գնալ սեփական իշխանությունը երկարաձգելու նպատակով»,- մինչ կալանավորումը, իր վերջին գրառումն էր կատարել Ավետիք Չալաբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ոչ մի ապօրինություն ի զորու չի շեղելու իրեն նպատակից՝ կառուցելու հզոր երկիր և արդար հասարակարգ բոլորի համար։

Փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ստեղծված պայմաններում բացարձակապես թքած ունի արդարադատության վրա, իսկ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են ընդդիմախոսների, հատկապես արցախյան հարցում իրենց հիմնական ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ բռնաճնշումների համար։

Հռետորական հարց է նաև բարձրացնում քաղաքագետ Բորիս Նավասարդյանը. «Կարո՞ղ ենք Ավետիք Չալաբյանի երկրորդ կալանավորումը դիտարկել որպես արդարադատության ոլորտում բարեփոխումների համար եվրամիության հերթական դրամաշնորհի պատասխան»,- գրում է նա։

Ըստ էության, եվրոպական կառույցները, միջազգային կազմակերպությունները, տեղական և օտարերկրյա իրավապաշտպանները նույնպես հանցավոր համաձայնության մեջ են գործող իշխանությունների հետ, լռում են, թույլ են տալիս՝ Հայաստանում Փաշինյանը շարունակի պաշտոնավարել, ավելի թուլացնել Հայաստանը, իսկ դա բխում է բացառապես մեկ երկրի՝ Ադրբեջանի շահերից։
