Բավարական նորամուծություն արևային էներգիայի ոլորտում

Գերմանիայի Բավարիա երկրամասը իր էլեկտրականության կարիքները հոգալու համար որոշել է այսպես կոչված արևային «այգիներ» ստեղծել, որոնք մինչև 2030 թվականը մարդկանց կապահովեն 3 անգամ ավելի շատ էներգիայով։

Դաշնային երկրամասի էներգետիկայի նախարար Հուբերտ Այվանգելը հայտարարել է, թե այսօր արևային համակարգերը արտադրում են էլեկտրականության 16 տոկոսը, մինչդեռ իրենք ցանկանում են այս տասնամյակի վերջը առնվազն հասցնել 50 տոկոս։

Բավարիայի «Արևային այգիները» էլեկտրակայաններ են, որոնք տեղակայվում են գետնի վրա, հավաքվում շատ արագ և էժան նյութերից, իսկ գետնի վրա դրանց տեղադրումը ավելի էժան է ստացվում, քան, եթե արևային վահանակները տեղադրվեին շենքերի տանիքներին։

Նախ շենքերի տանիքներին տեղադրման դեպքում ծախսերը որոշակիորեն բարձրանում են, հետո էլ շենքերի բնակիչներից հարկավոր է թույլտվություն ստանալ, իսկ այս դեպքում ընդամենը կարելի է վարձակալել հսկայական տարածություններ և դրանց վրա արագորեն արևային վահանակներ մոնտաժել, ինչից հետո էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ծախսերը զգալի կնվազեն։

Այս նորամուծությունը թույլ կտա Բավարիային մի քանի տարում 30-ից մինչև 200-ի դարձնել վերգետնյա արևային կայանների քանակությունը։ Ի դեպ նման տեխնոլոգիան օգտակար է ոչ միայն Բավարիայի, այլ ցանկացած այլ երկրի՝ այդ թվում Հայաստանի համար։

Հայաստանում նշենք արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա, սակայն ահռելի տարածություններ չեն օգտագործում գյուղատնտեսական նշանակությամբ, ինչպես նաև դժվարամատչելի են կամ ոչ մշակելի։

Պետական անհրաժեշտ աջակցության դեպքում հնարավոր է արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել ահռելի տարածքներում, իսկ հողերը վարձակալել համայնքներից, կամ գյուղացիներից, և այդ դեպքում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները ոչ միայն էժան էլեկտրաէներգիա կստանան, այլ նաև հնարավորություն կունենան օգտագործել իրենց սեփականությունը և որոշակի եկամուտ կարող են ակնկալել։

Փաստացի ցանկացած նման հարցում հանգում ենք մի խնդրի, որ անհրաժեշտ է Հայաստանում ավելացնել արևային վահանակներ և մարտկոցներ արտադրող ընկերությունների թիվը, «Սոլարոնից» բացի այլ ընկերությունների ևս ներգրավել, իսկ արդեն գործող ընկերություններին լուրջ արտոնություններ տրամադրել՝ Հայաստանում արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ծավալները մեծացնելու համար։
