Ծեծկռտուք և կրակոցներ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում. նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանիք քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում տեղի ունեցած դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացանք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Հիշյալ վարչական շրջանի Ներքին Շենգավիթ թաղամասի 11-րդ փողոցի 1-ին նրբանցքում տեղի ունեցող ծեծկռտուքի և կրակոցների, ինչպես նաև ‹‹Էրեբունի բժշկական կենտրոն›› ՓԲ ընկերությունից 36-ամյա կնոջ և 49-ամյա տղամարդու՝ մարմնական վնասվածքներով բժշկական օգնության տեղափոխվելու վերաբերյալ հաղորդումները ստացվել են 2022թ. հուլիսի 28-ին։

Հաղորդումների հիման վրա ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 171-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ), 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված անձինք ճանաչվել են տուժող և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ։

Իրականացված վարութային և քննչական անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են նշված անձանց` վնասվածքներ ստանալու մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 49-ամյա տղամարդը հիշյալ վնասվածքն ստացել է անծանոթ անձի հետ վիճաբանության ընթացքում, ինչը նկատելով նրա կինը՝ փորձել է միջամտել վիճաբանությանը, սակայն ամուսնու հետ վիճաբանող անձը հարվածներ է հասցրել նաև նրան, իսկ երբ ամուսիններն արդեն գտնվել են հիվանդանոցում, նույն անձը վերադարձել է դեպքի վայր և կրակոցներ արձակել։

Վարույթի շրջանակներում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են արնանման հետքեր և ‹‹АК-74›› ինքնաձիգի` կրակված պարկուճներ։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, վերջինիս հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ: Հետաքննության մարմնին տրվել են հանձնարարություններ:
