Չինաստանը գրավում է արևային էներգիայի շուկան. նոր հնարավորություն Հայաստանի համար

Եվրոպական երկրները մտահոգվելու նոր առիթ ունեն։ Չինաստանը հասել է գրեթե փաստացի մենաշնորհի աշխարհում արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության մեջ։ Ըստ փորձագետների՝ սա իր մեջ ռիսկ է պարունակում ամբողջ աշխարհում վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի անցնելու, ինչպես նաև քաղաքական կախվածության մեջ լինելու առումով։

Վերջին տարիներին Չինաստանը արդյունաբերական և նորարական քաղաքականություն է իրականացրել՝ արևային վահանակների և մարտկոցների արտադրության և շուկայի մեծացման ուղղությամբ։ Եվ այսօր աշխարհում գրեթե մեծամասամբ չինական տեխնոլոգիաներ են օգտագործում։ Սեփական երկրում հաջողվել է զգալիորեն նվազեցնել այդ մարտկոցների և վահանակների արտադրության ծախսերը։ Դրա շնորհիվ Չինաստանը կարողացել է ֆոտոէլեկտրական արևային էներգիան ամենամատչելի տեխնոլոգիան դարձնել ոչ միայն իր մոտ, այլ նաև աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներում։

Սա լրջագույն խնդիր է առաջացրել ոչ միայն փոքր երկրների համար, որոնք այսպես թե այնպես խնդիր չեն տեսնում Չինաստանից տնտեսական կամ քաղաքական կախվածության մեջ հայտնվելու առումով, այլ նույնիսկ Եվրամիության և Միացյալ Նահանգների համար։

Վերջին զեկույցի համաձայն՝ Չինաստանի բաժինը արևային վահանակների արտադրության համաշխարհային ծավալներում գերազանցում է 80 տոկոսը, իսկ որոշ առանցքային տարրերի՝ այդ թվում կիսասիլիկոնային և պլաստինային տեխնոլոգիաների մեջ, այդ բաժինը հասնում է մինչև 95 տոկոսի։ Նման կոնցենտրացիան ամբողջ աշխարհի համար ձեռնտու չէ։

Դեռևս օրեր առաջ գրել էինք, որ արևային էներգիայի համար առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունի նաև պղինձը, որի արտադրությամբ Հայաստանը բավական լուրջ դիրքեր է զբաղեցնում, և կարող է դա որպես քաղաքական և տնտեսական լծակ օգտագործել իր հարցերը լուծելու առումով։ Հայաստանում, ի դեպ, ընդամենը արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», ինչը բավարար չէ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի կարիքները հոգալու, այլ նույնիսկ արտահանելու համար։

Մինչդեռ, հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի մարդկային ռեսուրսները, պատրաստվածությունը և ունեցած բնական հանքային ռեսուրսները, Հայաստանը կարող էր լուրջ խաղացող դառնալ արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ոլորտում։

Փաստացի, հնարավոր է ոչ միայն լուրջ պայմաններ թելադրող դառնալ տնտեսության մեջ, եթե առաջիկայում Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ի վերջո բարեհաճեն ավելացնել արևային մարտկոցների և վահանակների արտադրության ծավալները, իսկ երկրում «Սոլարոն»-ից բացի այլ ընկերություններ ևս ստեղծվեն։
