1969-1970 թթ. «ԻՆՉՊԵՍ ԵՂԵԼ Է». Խանդից կուրացած ամուսինը անասնագոմում մորթել է կնոջը և երկու անչափահաս երեխաներին

1in.am\ 1965 թվականից սկսած ամեն գարուն Վանիկ Միրզոյանը մի քանի համագյուղացիների հետ մեկնում էր Ռուսաստան՝ արտագնա աշխատանքի: «Խոպանչիները» հայրենի գյուղ էին վերադառնում ուշ աշնանը:

1969 թվականի ապրիլին Վանիկն ու համագյուղացիները դարձյալ մեկնեցին Ռուսաստան: Գործը լավ էր, սակայն Վանիկը մեկ ամիս անց գործընկերների համար անսպասելի ՝որոշեց վերադառնալ Հայաստան: Գործընկերներին ասաց, թե իրեն լավ չի զգում՝ գլխացավեր ունի, ճնշումն է բարձրանում…

Սակայն հայրենի գյուղ վերադառնալու իրական պատճառն այլ էր: Խոպանում անցկացրած մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում Վանիկի մտքերը պղտորվում էին օրեցօր ուժգնացող խանդի ճնշման ներքո:

Ըստ դատավճռի՝ «դատաքննության ժամանակ ամբաստանյալը պատճառաբանեց, թե 1969 թվականին իր ընտանիքում ծնվել է չորրորդ երեխան՝ Մարինեն: Ինքը հաշվարկել է իր՝ գյուղում գտնվելու ժամանակն ու հանգել է եզրակացության, որ երեխան 9 ամսից շուտ է ծնվել, ուրեմն, իր համոզմամբ, դա իր երեխան չէր»:

Վանիկը կնոջ հետ համատեղ ապրում էր արդեն 8 տարի: Անհաշտ չէին, բայց երբ խանդի որդը սկսեց կրծել Վանիկի հոգին, նա կորցրեց քունն ու հանգիստը:

1969 թվականի մայիսին վերադառնալով գյուղ՝ Վանիկը կասկածանքով էր նայում բոլոր համագյուղացիներին: Մարինեի դիմագծերին էր նայում, մտքում համեմատում այս կամ այն համագյուղացու դիմագծերին: Հետևում էր, թե ում հետ է կինը շփվում, ով է գնում-գալիս իր տուն՝ թեկուզ իր հետ խոսելու նպատակով:

Կինը մի քանի անգամ ծնկի էր եկել Վանիկի առաջ, երդվել էր, որ հավատարիմ է նրան, որ Մարինեն նրա դուստրն է, խնդրում էր, որ Վանիկը անհիմն կասկածը հանի ուղեղից: Բայց Վանիկը քանի գնում՝ մռայլվում էր, նրա մտքի մեջ հունցվում էր հրեշավոր մի ծրագիր…

Դատավճռում արձանագրված է. «Խանդելով կնոջը՝ ամբաստանյալ Վանիկ Միրզոյանը նախապես ձեռք է բերել ինքնաշեն դաշույն և պտուտակահան: 1969 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, ժամը 16-ի սահմաններում Վանիկ Միրզոյանը մտել է իրենց անասնագոմը, որտեղ այդ պահին գտնվում էին նրա կինն ու երեք անչափահաս երեխաները: Վանիկ Միրզոյանը երեխաների աչքի առաջ դաշույնի 5 հարվածներով սպանել է կնոջը: Երեխաները ճիչերով դուրս են նետվել գոմից, վազել են բակ ու հարևանուհուն ասել են կատարվածի մասին: Երբ հարևանուհին փորձել է մտնել գոմ, Վանիկը թույլ չի տվել՝ ասելով, թե կնոջը մի ապտակ է հասցրել միայն, իսկ երեխաներն իզուր խայտառակ են անում իրեն…»:

Վանիկ Միրզոյանը հարևանուհուն հեռացրեց իր բակից: Այդ պահին գոմում՝ մոր արնաշաղախ մարմնին ընկած՝ լաց էր լինում 5 տարեկան Կարինեն: Վանիկը վերցրեց կնոջ մարմնի մոտ գցած դաշույնը ու չորս հարված հասցրեց փոքրիկ աղջնակին: Հետո Վանիկ Միրզոյանը գրկեց իր կասկածների ու անհաղթահարելի խանդի պատճառ դարձած մանկիկին՝ մի քանի ամսական Մարինեին, տարավ գոմի այն անկյունը որտեղ ընկած էին կնոջ ու աղջնակի մարմինները: Փոքրիկ Մարինեին Վանիկը սպանեց պտուտակահանով՝ սառնասրտորեն ու առանձին դաժանությամբ…

Ամբողջ գիշեր Վանիկը մնաց գոմում՝ սպանվածների կողքին: Լուսաբացին նա փոխեց հագուստն ու նստեց տան բակում՝ սպասելով իրավապահներին…

Գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Վանիկ Միրզոյանի նկատմամբ նշանակվեց դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննություն, որի եզրակացությամբ՝ նա որևէ հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ չէր տառապում, ինչպես հանցանքը կատարելու պահին, այնպես էլ դրանից հետո կարող էր հաշիվ տալ իր գործողություններին ու գիտակցել դրանց վտանգավորությունը… Վանիկ Միրզոյանը ճանաչվեց մեղսունակ:

ՀԽՍՀ գերագույն դատարանի քրեական գործերով դատական կոլեգիան 1970 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ի դատավճռով 34-ամյա Վանիկ Միրզոյանին մեղավոր ճանաչեց ու դատապարտեց պատժի առավելագույն չափի՝ մահապատժի:
