ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը կոչ է անում հաշվառել առանց պետհամարանիշի շահագործվող ավտոմեքենաները

Հատկապես հանրապետության մարզերում նկատվում են առանց համարանիշերի շահագործվող մեքենաներ։ Դրանք, ըստ վարորդների, օգտագործվում են գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար։ Սակայն եթե մեքենան շահագործվում է, ապա այն պետք է լինի հաշվառված և ունենա համարանիշ։ 2021 թվականին ճանապարհային ոստիկանության մարզերի հաշվառման-քննական ստորաբաժանումներում խոտանվել է 11 685 տրանսպորտային միջոց, իսկ 2022 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում մարզերում խոտանված տրանսպորտային միջոցների թիվը 4964 է։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից։

«Հստակ հնարավոր չէ ասել, թե խոտանված այս մեքենաներից քանիսն են շահագործվում, բայց, վստահաբար, շահագործվում են։

Առանց համարանիշի մեքենաների մասնակցությամբ վթարներն էլ քիչ չեն։ 2021 թվականին մարզերում առանց համարանիշի մեքենայի մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել 164 վթար, ինչի հետևանքով 9 մարդ զոհվել է, 208-ը՝ վիրավորվել, իսկ 2022-ի առաջին կիսամյակում տեղի է ունեցել 91 պատահար. 2 մարդ զոհվել է, 104-ը՝ ստացել տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Միջպետական կամ միջհամայնքային ճանապարհներին շատերը նկատած կլինեն առանց համարանիշի մեքենայի, որի վարորդը թույլ է տալիս ճանապարհատրանսպորտային տարբեր կանոնների խախտումներ։ Եվ հիմնականում այդ մեքենաների լուսարձակներն ու թարթիչներն անսարք են»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ առանց հաշվառման համարանիշի մեքենան շահագործելը օրենքի խախտում է։ Այդպիսիք հայտնաբերելու նպատակով ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը և պարեկային ծառայությունը մարզերում իրականացնում են միջոցառումներ։ Նրանք այսուհետ ևս լինելու են հետևողական։ Առանց համարանիշի մեքենաները հայտնաբերվելու են և, անկախ ներկայացվող պատրվակից, տեղափոխվելու են պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Այդ փաստերով էլ կազմվելու են համապատասխան արձանագրություններ։
«Կոչ ենք անում հաշվառել շահագործվող մեքենաները, ստանալ համարանիշ և մեքենան վարել առանց խախտումների։

Գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ կատարելու պատրվակի տակ խախտումներով, առանց համարանիշի մեքենա վարելն անթույլատրելի է»,- հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից։
