Հայաստանն ու Իրանը Թուրքիայի խորհրդի կարիքը չունեն. Իրանի խորհրդարանական Շահրիար Հեյդարի

Իրանի խորհրդարանի արտաքին քաղաքականության և ազգային անվտանգության հանձնաժողովի սահմանային հարցերով կոմիտեի նախագահ Շահրիար Հեյդարին հայտարարություն է արել հայ-իրանական սահմանի առնչությամբ՝ շեշտելով, որ Իրանն ու Հայաստանը չունեն որևէ երրորդ կողմի, այդ թվում՝ Թուրքիայի խորհրդի կարիքը այդ կապակցությամբ:  «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այդ մասին հաղորդում է իրանական IRIB հեռուստառադիոընկերությունը:

Շահրիար Հեյդարին այդ խոսքերն ասել է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության գերագույն հոգևոր առաջնորդ Ալի Խամենեիի՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահին ուղղված խոսքերի համատեքստում:

«Ինչպես հայտարարել է հոգևոր առաջնորդը՝ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը թույլ չի տա, որ Իրանի ու Հայաստանի սահմանը արգելափակվի», - ընդգծել է Հեյդարին:

Մատնանշելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռազմավարական դիրքը՝ իրանցի խորհրդարանականն ասել է, որ դա բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ է ստեղծել Հայաստանի համար, որոնցից մեկը եղել է Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ: Սակայն ըստ Շահրիար Հեյդարիի խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի լրջորեն և դիվանագիտության միջոցով։

«Իրանը միշտ հավատացած է եղել, որ երկու երկրները խնդիրը պետք է կարգավորեն քաղաքական ճանապարհով: Արտատարածաշրջանային որոշ ուժեր ցանկանում են Հայաստանի տարածքով Նախիջևան տանող միջանցք ստեղծել, որ Իրանին լուսանցք մղեն, սակայն Հայաստանն ու Իրանը շեշտում են, որ տարածաշրջանի երկրների տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պետք է պահպանվի: Մենք Հայաստանի հետ 47 կմ ընդհանուր սահման ունենք, որի մի մասը Արաքս գետի սահմանն է, և թույլ չենք տա, որ որևէ կերպ վնաս հասցվի այդ սահմաններին: Իրանի և Հայաստանի սահմանը միշտ անվտանգ է եղել, դրա անվտանգության համար երկու երկրներն էլ ջանում են և կանխում են ցանկացած անօրինական երթևեկություն ու սահմանային ոտնձգություն, և մենք որևէ երրորդ կողմի, ինչպես օրինակ՝ Թուրքիայի խորհրդի կարիքը չունենք», - հայտարարել է Շահրիար Հեյդարին:

Հուլիսի 19-ին ԻԻՀ հոգևոր առաջնորդ Այաթոլլահ Ալի Խամենեին ընդունել էր Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահների հետ եռակողմ հանդիպման նպատակով Թեհրան ժամանած Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանին՝ շեշտելով, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը դեմ կլինի Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև սահմանի արգելափակման քաղաքականությանը: Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հանդիպմանը ևս Իրանի գերագույն հոգևոր առաջնորդն ընդգծել էր, որ Իրանը չի հանդուրժի այն քաղաքականությունն ու ծրագրերը, որոնք հանգեցնում են Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև սահմանի փակմանը:
