Արթուր Դավթյանը Երևանի բնակչին պարգևատրել է կանգառում քաղաքացու կյանքը փրկելու համար

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հանցագործության կանխման ընթացքում ցուցաբերած խիզախության և անձնազոհության համար ՀՀ քաղաքացի Արայիկ Անանյանին պարգևատրել է շնորհակալագրով: Այս մասին հայտնում են Դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից։

Ընդունելով նրան՝ Արթուր Դավթյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել, ընդգծել քաղաքացիների աջակցության կարևորությունը թե՛ հանցագործությունների կանխման, թե՛ բացահայտման գործում: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը կարևորել է քաղաքացի Արայիկ Անանյանի այդ քայլը, դեպքին անմիջական մասնակցությունը, ինչի շնորհիվ հաջողվել է կանխել հանցագործությունը և փրկել կնոջ կյանքը:
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2022-ի հունիսի 17-ին: Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Մալաթիայի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ մարմնական վնասվածքներով Բաբաջանյան փողոցից «Աստղիկ» ԲԿ է տեղափոխվել Թ. Գասպարյանը: Պարզվել է, որ հասարակական տրանսպորտի կանգառում Մ. Մկրտչյանը մոտեցել է կնոջը՝ Թ. Գասպարյանին, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել նրա հետ, և ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ ձեռքով բռնել Թ. Գասպարյանի պարանոցից, ասել, որ կսպանի, դանակով հարվածներ հասցրել պարանոցին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Դեպքին ականատես Արայիկ Անանյանի միջամտությամբ, հանցագործության գործիք համարվող դանակը Մ. Մկրտչյանը թողել է դեպքի վայրում և դիմել փախուստի: Այնուհետև տուժած կնոջը օգնություն է ցուցաբերվել: Դեպքի առընչությամբ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում Մ. Մկրտչյանը կալանավորված է: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
