Սպանության փորձ Երևանում. Վնասվածքներ ստացողները 19-20 տարեկան երիտասարդներ են

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 167-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ Երևանում կատարված սպանության փորձի և առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին մանրամասներ է հաղորդում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

Դեպքի վերաբերյալ ահազանգերը ստացվել են հուլիսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 01:05-ից 05:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ըստ որոնց Գյումրու 21-ամյա բնակիչը՝ «Ագոնալ վիճակ, ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք», նույն քաղաքի մեկ այլ 21-ամյա բնակիչ՝ «Պոլիտրավմա», Երևանի 20-ամյա բնակիչը՝ «Ձախ աչքի կոպերի ենթամաշկային հետնամաս, կոռնիսկրելատ բարդ թափանցող վնասվածք» և Երևանի 19-ամյա բնակիչը՝ «Կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի պատռված վերք» ախտորոշումներով, տեղափոխվել են Երևանի տարբեր բժշկական կենտրոններ:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վերոնշյալ երիտասարդները հիշյալ վնասվածքները ստացել են նույն օրը՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևանի Քանաքեռցու փողոցում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ:

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում երիտասարդները ճանաչվել են տուժող, կատարվել են զննություններ, առգրավումներ, հարցաքննվել  մի շարք անձինք:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի (անձանց) ինքնությունը պարզելու, հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
